@ThreeUK Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

Joy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

@ThreeUKSupport So...2 hours after new delivery slot, still not arrived. Called @DPDgroup_news and was told they would investigate and get back within an hour, that was 90 minutes ago. Now been waiting since Friday afternoon, shocking service.

@ThreeUKSupport It has been going on for weeks can't even get 3g or 4g half the time all I get is H+ and even at that it says full bars but I have to turn airplane mode on or mobile data of for 1 min to reset signal at least 10 times a day

@ThreeUKSupport My signal is better in other areas but I am in this area 12 hrs a day 6 days a week for my job and it seriously affects my ability to use my phone for anything in this time wether it for viewing football or looking on social media to calls being dropped randomly.
