Considering the house is locked down and only people in are Macmillan nurses we have no idea how it can be £150 more this month

Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! @ThreeUKSupport So we have also tried browser & app & they just loop asking phone number , email, and then phone number,email .. Help desk told me to try browser, I explained we had, he said nothing more he could do?? Rang 444 and that doesn’t allow top up payment as phone is unlimited??
