When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help!     Maybe you need to hook up with @threeuk as they have issues locally too but tempting to go dual sim and use a small @SMARTYMobileUK as fill in (I abandoned them last year due to issues locally maybe only option for now is both!). Maybe need to consider #EE at renewal

    @ThreeUKSupport I have complained several times and complaints advise they will fix the issue and then they don’t or it is fixed for a few hours and then cuts off again. Nothing but issues with this contract since March 2020!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a 5G broadband account with you. Normally it works well, but some showers in London earlier have stopped it working. Having checked your status page it says there are no problems in my area (N5), but obviously there are. Any idea when this will be resolved?
