When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Which I then stated if I didn’t pay the £495 would my services still remain the same and continue to be £80 per month. I was told yes it would be the same

Just tried calling, followed the automated service to other number (I'm on three too) roaming, however once passed security we were told that there are technical problems on the number and to call again later. This is the same message we have been getting since Sunday.
