    @ThreeUKSupport there has been no Three service in the New Forest most of the morning. No mobile or broadband, even drove into Lyndhurst to try make a call. Barely getting 0.57mbps at the moment.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s correct, that is our post code. Been a customer since October with great speeds till December when the mast reached capacity. Since then its been a steady decline. Getting 1-2mb since yesterday.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to cancel my contracts with you for nearly an hour! Second day in a row and when I tried to do it in store I was told I could only do it on the phone. That’s ridiculous it shouldn’t be so hard to cancel!

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for many years. Since Saturday been having intermittent service until yesterday afternoon. Then nothing. No service notice on my phone. I tried pinging phone with flight button switching it on and off. No luck there. Is your network down?

I just said u need to cancel now stop asking me to keep a contact I never used! I’m still a customer and soon if u keep ignoring my request u will loose my other contact

    Got email from @virginmedia: 120Mbps broadband +£7pm, no charge cancel if I'm not happy. I had to practically beg the guy on the phone to cancel it. If u're wondering, I got a @ThreeUK 5G router on 24m contract for £20pm & hit 520Mpbs + 50% discount on 5G unlimited for mobile.
