Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

@JSxully @ThreeUK This is why I left Three for Vodafone years ago. Using Three in major cities became a serious issue for me where Vodafone has never once caused me a signal problem. Plus I know ways to get the deals.

@dukeragetroll @ThreeUKSupport The Ts & Cs and cancellation wording are very poorly worded and unclear. "You can cancel at any time up until 24 hours before your blah blah" but doesn't tell you what effect it will have. I requested 1gb and got 6. Not good enough

When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to cancel my contracts with you for nearly an hour! Second day in a row and when I tried to do it in store I was told I could only do it on the phone. That’s ridiculous it shouldn’t be so hard to cancel!

@ThreeUKSupport o I am 1 day out of the 14 day cooling off period and my speeds have hit the floor. So now I have 23 1/2 months of crap speed - a contract works both ways but you expect me to just pay up and put up - Not on your nelly! (Support were crap too when I called)
