    @ThreeUKSupport The issue is nationwide. Everywhere i go, even london i get slow speeds barely enough to load a youtube music video.

    @ThreeUKSupport Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

    Finally got round to cancelling my @ThreeUK mobile broadband account as I mainly use my phone contract and it was just as hard work as I expected. I don’t want to buy anything, just let me cancel.

    @dukeragetroll @ThreeUKSupport The Ts & Cs and cancellation wording are very poorly worded and unclear. "You can cancel at any time up until 24 hours before your blah blah" but doesn't tell you what effect it will have. I requested 1gb and got 6. Not good enough

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @ThreeUKSupport New sim. New phone. Same experience. With EE i don’t have this issue. You are just throttling the “unlimited data “

    @ThreeUKSupport So...2 hours after new delivery slot, still not arrived. Called @DPDgroup_news and was told they would investigate and get back within an hour, that was 90 minutes ago. Now been waiting since Friday afternoon, shocking service.

    @ThreeUK heh three what’s the network problem with So42 7. No network since Saturday and no info on when it’s going to get fixed. We all rely on 3 home routers so impossible to home school

    @ThreeUKSupport Applied for a contract on a promo offer - was told by cust srvcs had to take ID into store, did all this and still no confirmation of my contract, if this application is stopped I expect you to refund my upfront and the early cancel fee from my current contract

    @Ch4d96 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK seem to place higher in independent studies, and have much better indoor coverage, when i was with @ThreeUK i coudnt even get a signal in the St David shopping centre in Cardiff, very patch coverage with 3 in Wales, thats why i left and joined @VodafoneUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Sadly you aren’t listening. It is not possible or acceptable to be without a way of being contacted. It is appalling customer service to say ‘this might be fixed in 48 hrs’ when everything else said by customer services has been wrong

    @ThreeUKSupport Then, it suddenly stopped working, so no access to phone/messages/WhatsApp. I spoke to customer services again, and they said I had put the wrong sim in (I hadn’t) and to put my old sim in my new phone and that would work. It did not 2/

    @ThreeUKSupport In Central London and at home I’m not getting any signal. It doesn’t match up with your coverage map and so I’m left with a phone that doesn’t work. I’m stuck with a huge ‘final bill’. Can you help? I’ve already spoken to your tech team and they didn’t help!

    @ThreeUK good grief your customer service assistants are appalling today. Currently on my 4th chat trying to get my phone to work after 3 sets of conflicting advice.

    @verge I'm not sure what VPN tech Apple Privacy uses, but I know I have all kinds of issues with IPSec VPNs on certain cell towers on @ThreeUK - I can tell as it works in some areas and not others. I assume they have different generations of tower with different config / CNAT.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok. New phone and sim arrived. I phoned up and customer services said put the new sim in, they would activate it so my old sim would stop working and my old number would transfer across. This worked for half an hour, and the new phone and sim showed my old number 1/

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK @jordancomolli 3 used to be very good to deal with! Unfortunately this is no longer the case. It saddens me that they take your money on complete lies. When you ask them to honour what you were offered it suddenly becomes an issue. Think twice before signing with 3!
