@ThreeUK I’ve just left you and you have taken another payment and showing me in credit. I’ve cancelled my DD but would like a refund for the money you have in credit. Unable to login to my old account as took number to new provider.

@ThreeUKSupport Very disappointed. No attempt has been made to deliver phone today as agreed with @DPDgroup_news. No record of attempt to deliver and drivers GPS is turned off. Depot does not answer phone. Poor service from the delivery company that you choose to use.

@Ch4d96 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK seem to place higher in independent studies, and have much better indoor coverage, when i was with @ThreeUK i coudnt even get a signal in the St David shopping centre in Cardiff, very patch coverage with 3 in Wales, thats why i left and joined @VodafoneUK

@ThreeUK heh three what’s the network problem with So42 7. No network since Saturday and no info on when it’s going to get fixed. We all rely on 3 home routers so impossible to home school

Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

@ThreeUKSupport So...2 hours after new delivery slot, still not arrived. Called @DPDgroup_news and was told they would investigate and get back within an hour, that was 90 minutes ago. Now been waiting since Friday afternoon, shocking service.

@ThreeUKSupport Applied for a contract on a promo offer - was told by cust srvcs had to take ID into store, did all this and still no confirmation of my contract, if this application is stopped I expect you to refund my upfront and the early cancel fee from my current contract

@dukeragetroll @ThreeUKSupport The Ts & Cs and cancellation wording are very poorly worded and unclear. "You can cancel at any time up until 24 hours before your blah blah" but doesn't tell you what effect it will have. I requested 1gb and got 6. Not good enough

. @ThreeUK there have been issues in my local post code area for months. Your status page acknowledges this and says updates will be posted. No updates are ever posted and the problems persist. The area is in EH11.
