    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @ThreeUKSupport there has been no Three service in the New Forest most of the morning. No mobile or broadband, even drove into Lyndhurst to try make a call. Barely getting 0.57mbps at the moment.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to cancel my contracts with you for nearly an hour! Second day in a row and when I tried to do it in store I was told I could only do it on the phone. That’s ridiculous it shouldn’t be so hard to cancel!

When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

    @JSxully @ThreeUK This is why I left Three for Vodafone years ago. Using Three in major cities became a serious issue for me where Vodafone has never once caused me a signal problem. Plus I know ways to get the deals.

    I received the funniest joke ever from @ThreeUK yesterday. They sent a text about their 5g "ultra-fast" network. Hahaha! You ***** can't even offer decent 4g. I'll be freezing the standing order tonight. Breech of contract but I'm not getting the service. Sue me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Refund was due to early upgrade. The wrong device was delivered where I decided to cancel the upgrade. I have rang countless times passed from one department to another told refund would be credited back to my bank account. Now been informed it will be used as payment.

    Had to phone blood test booking no. twice today and both times had to wait about 20 mins. Checked my mobile balance afterwards and it was down by £4! @ThreeUK used to be so good but with massive PAYG price hike I might as well use the landline. Bye bye @ThreeUK
