@ThreeUK what a shambles of a service. Yesterday I phoned & added on the sim pairing for Apple Watch to my data plan.Told it was be active. Still not active and after an hour on the phone I’m told that as my billing date was 2 days ago then the pairing won’t be active till 14/9!

@ThreeUK why can’t you sort out my SIM card issue? 3 hours spent trying to resolve, new sim sent, and an awful customer service experience. I’ve cancelled my DD. It’s the only thing left for me to do!
