    @ThreeUK disappointing service when it takes 4 days for missed call messages to arrive at phone. Call centre advice is to connect with 2G/3G only. Very poor service!

    @ThreeUKSupport Work postcode between the hours of 2pm and 10pm. 4G performance drops and I am forced to switch to 3G to get any data signal. This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isn’t my phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUKSupport Only received one email. No payments have been taken out. I called the number in the email and asked the advisor to cancel everything just to be sure. I keep getting calls from one of your call centres. When I answer nobody responds and then they hang up.

    @CapitaCareers So not only are you making everyone redundant at the @ThreeUK call centre in Glasgow redundant, you have now emailed them to say that if the broadband goes down at home (where you requested them to work) then you won’t be paying them? Classy company.

    YOUTUBE USED 2GB OF DATA WHILST I WAS ASLEEP. @ThreeUK can you please sort out your horrible Wifi hubs that go down every 3/5 of a femtosecond.

    @mynameishuw @ThreeUK Yeah get rid of three, I also had the same issue in central manchester. Which I was promised in sept ‘19 if I got a new sim and contract, my issue would be resolved by a new mast due in October’19. Never did get sorted so went with Vodafone and so far no issues.
