    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over ยฃ50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of ยฃ100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUK disappointing service when it takes 4 days for missed call messages to arrive at phone. Call centre advice is to connect with 2G/3G only. Very poor service!

    @ThreeUKSupport Work postcode between the hours of 2pm and 10pm. 4G performance drops and I am forced to switch to 3G to get any data signal. This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isnโ€™t my phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey, Iโ€™ve been having issues with my home broadband, checked the status online and apparently there is work going on, is there any eta on the time this will be completed today as it just says it will be completed on the 5th and not an actual time? Thanks.

    @ThreeUK I haven't had access to data in 5 days when not on WiFi despite having unlimited data. This isn't good enough, I've spoken to live chat who didn't fix it, and I haven't heard anything regarding recompense. The standards of Three have dropped massively in recent years.

    Because I am really mad at @EE for their shoddy broadband. But @ThreeUK I did not brave the cold to go to an empty shop with FIVE members of staff doing NOTHING to receive shoddy customer service.

    @ThreeUK Appalling service and customer experience, had issues with my one month rolling contract from the moment I got it, tried to it affected my work, not once did I get an apology๐Ÿ‘Ž.Service did not cover its purpose. Wonโ€™t be coming back and sharing my experience with others.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m still not able to make or receive phone calls and unable to access my Data. Despite going through a long list of checking my settings, turning my phone on and off. And receiving a replacement sim. I know itโ€™s not my phone as Iโ€™ve tried a different service providers sim?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Fraser, Iโ€™ll be raising a complaint. The service I get is not adequate for cost Iโ€™m paying sadly & this issue has been unresolved for far too long.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have no connection at all permanently 24/hrs a day. And my phone was absolutely fine a couple of weeks ago. I donโ€™t have 3G either. Something is wrong somewhere and you need to fix this. @MartinSLewis
