@ThreeUKSupport 😔 George, please, please feed back that you should never send SMS’s to customers with links asking them to provide personal info. Those of us in fraud prevention are working hard to educate people to ignore precisely these sorts of messages. It’s exactly how smishing works.

@ThreeUKSupport I've already wasted countless hours trying to sort this out. Unless @ThreeUK are going to refund the money stolen from my account instead of constantly saying "its not our problem/we don't do refunds" what's the point? Your online support has all the documentation already.

  • JKennyTW Kenny (@JKennyTW) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why did I get a text saying you believe my address is incorrect? I’ve been at the same address for 10 years now and regularly receive my bills without a problem

  • NathanJames78 Nathan James (@NathanJames78) reported

@ThreeUK is UK coverage EVER going to be sorted? I spend my working days travelling and rarely can either make a call, maintain a call or browse the web. There is no point asking for specific postcodes as it’s all over the UK. I rarely have this issue abroad.

  • alsoumia Soumia (@alsoumia) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport How does three sign contract with costumers living in an area that have an error connection. And it still not working. When I want to cancel, they said no. Because you pass your trying time. How can I try an Internet that its not working? Is this fair

  • BeRodTM BeRod (@BeRodTM) reported
