@ThreeUK I've just been speaking to your upgrade team about an early upgrade on a sim only contract that I have. They wanted to charge me £125 to upgrade early which I think is pretty poor considering a have 5 contracts with you and it's just a sim only contract!

@ThreeUKSupport I was unable to reply to you as by the time you sent this tweet I had run out of credit. Where I bought the top up and how long I have had a Pay go plan are totally irrelevant. I have been a pay go customer for about 8 years and the service has got worse.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, roaming is activated, no spending limits in place. I've used roaming a lot, in other places, on other trips, but never had this problem.

@ThreeUKSupport Tbf the port happened no problem the prob was the sim wouldn’t allow the number to change so kept default to the original one on caller display when I phoned or text people. But all good now 👍🏻

@ThreeUK - your online chat is pathetic. No response for over 30 mins now. Trying to report a network issue - lost data on my phone and wireless router at EXACTLY same time and being told it must be my devices. More chance of winning lottery 3 weeks running 🤡 🤡🤡
