Said what they would do and were honest about the impact - and set up a system to help me in the future. Thatโs what good customer care looks like.

I gave them plenty of chances, I didn't want to move but they just didn't care about customer loyalty, always worth shopping around.

This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isnโt my phone.

I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear
