    @ThreeUKSupport Work postcode between the hours of 2pm and 10pm. 4G performance drops and I am forced to switch to 3G to get any data signal. This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isnโ€™t my phone.

    @ThreeUK I am very ill and I'm being caused a lot of stress by Three they keep sending me threats for a sim I never activated. This has been going on a long time, before November 21 I cancelled a different sim in November, each time I think it's sorted,they say ignore the text

    @ThreeUK however retain my absolute loyalty. Properly investigated the complaint. Rang me and spoke to me about it. Said what they would do and were honest about the impact - and set up a system to help me in the future. Thatโ€™s what good customer care looks like.

    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over ยฃ50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of ยฃ100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUK I am sick to the back teeth with this Company! I've sorted this problem out several times! A little further down the road. Here we are AGAIN, asking me for money I DON'T OWE! THERE'S NO POINT to CONTACT AGAIN. I'VE TAKEN A SCREEN THIS TIME,SAYING THEY RESOLVED IT!

    @ThreeUKSupport Only received one email. No payments have been taken out. I called the number in the email and asked the advisor to cancel everything just to be sure. I keep getting calls from one of your call centres. When I answer nobody responds and then they hang up.

    @ThreeUK disappointing service when it takes 4 days for missed call messages to arrive at phone. Call centre advice is to connect with 2G/3G only. Very poor service!

    @ThreeUKSupport your support team will not let me cancel my contract even though I'm well within the 14 days period.
