    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUK disappointing service when it takes 4 days for missed call messages to arrive at phone. Call centre advice is to connect with 2G/3G only. Very poor service!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. No, it's in multiple places. I've never seen as many poor internet connections, H+ instead of 4g, and call quality is awful. Sounds like Alexander Graham Bell's test call. Not just me, everyone I know on 3 is having similar issues. And we all have phones 2 years old or less.

    @ThreeUK I don’t want call Three again, your colleagues are useless and just aggressively tried to sell me the extended contract, this is becoming ridiculous and illegal to keep charging me money and threatening me, I never agreed and signed to extend the contract!!!!!!!

    Did you know, Three sales team answers your call immediately. But the technical support and customer service team does not and will never answer your call. do you know the reason? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not tho cus I had to ask for a bolt on. But nevermind. The problem seems to be I hit a roaming charge limit in Monaco and now can't use my Go Roam, will my data still be OK in the UK? I need to renegotiate my plan if this will be a problem.
