@ThreeUKSupport Work postcode between the hours of 2pm and 10pm. 4G performance drops and I am forced to switch to 3G to get any data signal. This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isn’t my phone.

@ThreeUKSupport 4g and the service is rubbish generally. I can't work from home and have my kids watching streaming services at the same time. I'm really unhappy with the service in general as I don't feel that I'm getting the service I signed up for

@ThreeUKSupport My contract ended nearly two months ago and was moved to PAYG and my last contact with support on Saturday said whatever stalled in the backend would be resolved for my PAC to come through. I’ll be calling support shortly as I’ve spoken multiple times since May to sort this.

@ThreeUKSupport I think she may have a cap of £0 we need to remove to allow for £2 a day roaming charge? Problem is we get remove it and you never answer the phone.
