@ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

@ThreeUK disappointing service when it takes 4 days for missed call messages to arrive at phone. Call centre advice is to connect with 2G/3G only. Very poor service!

@ThreeUK I have been trying to upgrade to an iPhone 14 have been quoted £68 a month however a new customer can have this for just over £36 on the same plan. It’s disgusting the way loyal customers are treat.

@ThreeUK Use my iPhone if I have service in that restaurant to find more about what that food actually is, and the rest of what’s on the menu to see what I’d actually want to order, and if there’s nothing I seem to like, I just leave and go somewhere else, but in real life

@ThreeUKSupport promised an issue would be resolved by Tuesday...it wasn't and no record of it being raised, told by your system could cancel today no charge...but no Tues was the end of the 14 days so if I want to cancel full charge
