    @theDawnRW @ThreeUK I was with @ThreeUK for 20 years, but they wouldn't match sim only deal I had with O2 so I moved my number & contract. I gave them plenty of chances, I didn't want to move but they just didn't care about customer loyalty, always worth shopping around.

    @ThreeUK I know I’ve been a long time complainer about your network (nearly 12 months) but this week it really has been complete and utter rubbish. Signal but no actual service.

    @ThreeUK disappointing service when it takes 4 days for missed call messages to arrive at phone. Call centre advice is to connect with 2G/3G only. Very poor service!

    @BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Only received one email. No payments have been taken out. I called the number in the email and asked the advisor to cancel everything just to be sure. I keep getting calls from one of your call centres. When I answer nobody responds and then they hang up.

    @ThreeUK I am sick to the back teeth with this Company! I've sorted this problem out several times! A little further down the road. Here we are AGAIN, asking me for money I DON'T OWE! THERE'S NO POINT to CONTACT AGAIN. I'VE TAKEN A SCREEN THIS TIME,SAYING THEY RESOLVED IT!

    @ThreeUK however retain my absolute loyalty. Properly investigated the complaint. Rang me and spoke to me about it. Said what they would do and were honest about the impact - and set up a system to help me in the future. That’s what good customer care looks like.

    @ThreeUKSupport Work postcode between the hours of 2pm and 10pm. 4G performance drops and I am forced to switch to 3G to get any data signal. This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isn’t my phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUK I am very ill and I'm being caused a lot of stress by Three they keep sending me threats for a sim I never activated. This has been going on a long time, before November 21 I cancelled a different sim in November, each time I think it's sorted,they say ignore the text

    @ThreeUKSupport The issue is, you’ve got me over a barrel. Admitting your network isn’t working, offer a discount or get me to pay to cancel my contract… I would like to see most people pay £200+ out at the drop of a hat… so I’ve got to stay with you till the end of my contract

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I’ve been into the router settings and can’t see any facility to drop from 4 to 3G. Also not sure how that is going to increase speed and stability. The router is currently reading at a signal strength of -105 dBm which is considerably outside the expectation.

    @ThreeUKSupport got reasonable signal at Ollerton TF9 2BS, switches between 4G and H+ but no data throughput. Fix it please and thank you. 👍🏻

    @Goldflazz1986 @ThreeUK The ingredients they use aren't cheap, they use top quality and locally sourced ingredients. Secondly it's up to other people how much they wish to spend or how much they can afford to spend to treat themselves. This just comes across as bitter/jealous because you can't afford it
