@ThreeUK I have not ever encountered a more useless customer service. I have lost a phone and simply asked you for a new SIM but you won’t send it to me as I can’t remember a password I set up 5 years back. Your useless rep would not let me speak to manager or register complaint

@ThreeUK I spent almost an hour reporting a lost phone and cancelling SIM with your useless call centre who refused to send me a new SIM as I can’t remember a 5 year old password. You have my name address and date of birth. If I send blood would it help?

Poor service from @bt_uk today. Had a recurring problem with 4g data in Port Eynon, max speed 0.4 mb/s even though their network shows 'excellent' 4g coverage. Contacted BT and their advice.......go with @ThreeUK whose 4g is working!!! Great!

Over the years I’ve had mobiles from @ThreeUK and never had a problem till now. Never again! #ThreeUK failed to terminate a mobile broadband account I no longer use and continue to take my money because I forgot my password.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope no real problems anywhere else but the minute I come into Milton Keynes it always happens and has been doing so since I can remember. I went into the 3 shop in Milton Keynes and was told to try 3G instead. If that doesn’t work I might try and dig out my dial up modem

@ThreeUKSupport And I can’t even get on that! Why because I don’t know any of my answers!!!!! I’m at the end of my long tether on this. I’ve stopped my direct debit when I realised you were still taking money now you have the cheek to say my accounts in arrears. Never again Three!
