Oh dear @ThreeUK / @ThreeUKSupport just as ordered new contract with a diffrent provider, and oh wow looks like fixed signal issue. but too slow, in this day and age there no such thing as waiting :/ but piss poor customer service is what pushed me over edge. byebye

@ThreeUK hey guys. Recently I have had to switch the network on my phone to only 3G a LOT. Even then its not amazing. I don't know if this is an issue with the Samsung phone or just ongoing network problems. I never had these issues the last few years, with my Huawei. 😔

Why is it everytime you seem to @ThreeUKSupport they put you hold for 10+ minutes or just hang up. The live chat is even worse, always seem to be updating when you explain your problem. End of my contract going to @tescomobile
