    @ThreeUKSupport Tried all of that, is there a tier 2 or 3 tech help number, for weird issues like this, been round in circles with webcam and tier1, and the proof@3 email doesn't work.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have honestly not had such bad customer service. My phone was blacklisted last Monday, apparently as I had said it was stolen! I was stuck on an accident on the motorway with no way to contact home 😡😡

    @tamarmillen Yeah it’s terrible! Even worse, I waited to get through and when they couldn’t hear me (because @ThreeUK is unreliable) I was fuming! I had to use my landlord’s landline and call back!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been with 3 a long time and don’t expect this terrible service at all. I was trying to make things easy for myself and give 3 my custom. Not happy at all.

    @ThreeUK #threemobile #three over 10 hours wasted trying to resolve the phone fraudsters ordered in my name. Zero compensation from three for the negligence of their company sending me a phone. Really poor poor experience would never take a contract with them ever.
