2 hours spent trying to access a customer service advisor with @ThreeUK once to be told that the systems are down and phone back then I was cut off and the third time I suspect I was cut off because there were 3 minutes to go before the department shut !!!!! Disgusting

@ThreeUKSupport You keep calling us. So we called back Saturday and stayed on hold 20mins for you to say your systems are down and we’ve just done the same and you’ve said the same? Your staff are also incredibly rude about it.

@ThreeUKSupport I can't log in to my account on either the app or website. My bills due soon and I don't know how much it is or when it's due. What can I do? And yes its correct password, it just doesn't connect and the website is down for maintenance apparently.

@ThreeUKSupport Was I supposed to use the old SIM in the upgraded handset. The new SIM is in.I filled in some details online CS said I may need a new SIM. They ordered one on 15th Jan then canceled it. New upgraded device has no service 1 week after receiving it.
