@ThreeUKSupport You keep calling us. So we called back Saturday and stayed on hold 20mins for you to say your systems are down and we’ve just done the same and you’ve said the same? Your staff are also incredibly rude about it.

@ThreeUKSupport great customer service today. NOT!!!! Upgraded my contract and treated like rubbish and a now have to wait for my new phone but new customers can get the same phone on a few days.. shocking service. #14daycoolingoff

  • Edward78Edward ..... (@Edward78Edward) reported

@ThreeUK THREE HAS TO BE THE WORST,FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

  • michell67162286 Michelle P (@michell67162286) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That is really unsatisfactory as I specifically asked about the 10gb pay as you go plan and was told it would last 90 days I would have no issue if it didn’t start until I put it in my phone. Is there no way the start time cannot be moved on by two days

  • maryannjohanson MaryAnn Johanson (@maryannjohanson) reported

I’ve been with @ThreeUK since I moved to London in 2011 but it’s gotten to the point where it impacts where I go if I know I won’t get a signal. Unlimited data for a flat rate is great, but not if you can’t use it!

  • graciesfaces Grace Atherton (@graciesfaces) reported

@ThreeUK still waiting for a call regarding a refund on an over charged bill - customer service is shocking! If I wasn’t tied into a contract I’d be leaving straight away.

  • Stardak Stephen Dalzell (@Stardak) reported

Unacceptable behaviour from the manager at @threeuk store in #victoriacentrenottingham. A vulnerable Ukrainian citizen currently staying in the UK under the #HomesforUkraine was refused help & brought to tears while seeking a place where she could charge her phone and contact 1/2

  • thisisonps33 Aiden Bliss (@thisisonps33) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @danb8929 Three it's all of Basingstoke malls (RG21 7QU) and all Basingstoke festival (RG21 7BE) place and also our bus station (RG21 7BE) you may see no issues but its slow i have had recent times where my bus ticket on the stagecoach app would not load and amazon music wouldn't load

  • shubert13 kay heaton (@shubert13) reported

@ThreeUK why is it ok to charge me extra than I signed up for in my contract. Loyal customer no more

  • devjones Devilicious (@devjones) reported

@ThreeUK I have received a letter today which makes no sense. I have called customer service but no option fits my need and even when I try those I still just get automation. I need to speak to a person, how do I?

  • jocrossick Jo Crossick (@jocrossick) reported

Hello @ThreeUKSupport can you confirm that your live chat assistants will send out texts from IVR to confirm my identity for contract changes? Given that this one didn't explicitly say "don't share" and the login ones do, I guess it's ok...?
