    @ThreeUKSupport How do I msg you so that not everyone can see. All of the info will be linked to my account. Nothing to do with a new phone. It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s ok. I’ve escalated and am awaiting feedback from complaints team. The last few days have been a shambles & I’ve spent hours trying to fix Threes issues. Bottom line is you want 4 contracts or you don’t......

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked him to transfer me to someone else because I was getting rather annoyed. He then offered another deal. I just said u need to cancel now stop asking me to keep a contact I never used! I’m still a customer and soon if u keep ignoring my request u will loose my other contact

    @ThreeUK Except its really bad in Sutton on sea, hardly getting much speed at all with lag and bad ping speeds in games like R6 siege, fortnite, apex and more, and the nearest tower seems to always have maintenance for months that I wish I was joking about
