Nothing to do with a new phone. It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

Chris Woods (@christopherw) reported@ThreeUKSupport Hello, exactly that. I was setting up a temp divert to another number while reinstalling my phone. Previously I've been able to do this. Phone is a Sony Xperia 1 III, but this is a standard network feature? It shows greyed out in the phone's SIM menu when it queries the network.
