Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have service at home (and in towns/cities) but as soon as I leave ‘civilisation’ by going into the countryside for example, the internet is basically unusable. I get that you were better value than the competition, but now without roaming others come out better.
