@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@ThreeUK @BelfastVital I’ll forgo the gig for decent customer service. @ThreeUK managed to change my number without my consent causing havoc and concern for my security. 48 hrs to correct their error that also involved hours of me on the the phone to them. £21 compensation offered 😳. 10 year customer!

@ThreeUK was disappointed in the lack of help after my Nans phone got hacked this afternoon. Spent an hour trying to get through to speak to someone only for them to not be able to help. Will try a shop tomorrow but not impressed. Will be switching to @O2
