@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

@ThreeUKSupport Please can you tell me what’s going on with the network at BA17DH. Speeds are very inconsistent and go up and down like a yo-yo. Brilliant everywhere else. To be honest, there is 5G really close by so I just gotta walk 2 mins up the road and I get 700mbps. (1/2)

@ThreeUK customer service is awful. I've spent over 1.5 hours talking to 3/4 different people, none of whom can explain why, when I cancelled a month ago, before the contract end date, am I still being charged. Ridiculous.
