    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there network issues? No home broadband for 6+ hours and poor 4G currently. All the obvious things tried. No one seems to answer phone and can't get onto live chat.

    @ThreeUK I want to change my contract but it’s basically impossible to contact you. I’ve forgotten my My3 password and your website errors every time I try to reset. Your call centre isn’t taking any calls and your Live Chat just doesn’t work. How do I talk to a person?

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @ThreeUKSupport Seems not, Chris. I get contradictory answers from each agent I speak with, accompanied by "computer says no"-type explanations. The issue is an upgrade being superseded by an automated billing event.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Are your website login and Android app just not working? We've tried resetting the password and various other things, but it just doesn't work. This is very difficult to do with 70+ year olds from a distance!

    @articeddie @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken After your MINIMUM term, the price will stay the same until the RPI increase comes around. Or unless the plan you are on can no longer be accommodated on the platform. If that happens, you'll be notified accordingly. You can also give 30 days notice to cancel. You're welcome.
