    @ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    Our @HyperopticCS Internet has been down for 24 hours after engineers were doing essential maintenance. Not getting fixed till Thursday apparently. It’s amazing how reliant you are for internet these days. Even worse with @ThreeUK 4g signal is rubbish city centre Glasgow.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK is this a joke you are playing Three. Yesterday the internet was down all day in CM2 0TG area and it came back after 5 pm. This morning the same saga, the internet went down just before 9 am when we are logging to work remotely. Can you update immediately

    @ThreeUKSupport We, and many others, have been trying to connect an Amazon Echo Dot to Huawei’s 4G MIFi router, without success. Huawei say it’s a problem with your software, as do Amazon. I have also tried to log on to the link from 3 on your chat but it won’t accept the password on the box.
