Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

@ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK this s20 fe 5g is a dire phone. 4g is quicker than 5g wont pick up signal yet my s9 does and the phones are side by side. Gps on google maps wont work when walking. No support from google and samsung say contact google. Enough is enough

@ThreeUKSupport Tech team confirmed there were issues but that it was solved. Received another call yesterday saying there are still issues but no estimate when this will be completed. Network seems to be slow/down between 9-17 which is not ideal for some who works from home. 2/2

@ThreeUKSupport By the time you replied it was working again but experienced issues again since 11 am this morning. It was also useless on Monday. I was offered a discount of half my bill for 1 Sim but I have 2 sims so it should be for both really. So unhappy with the network issues!!
