    @ThreeUKSupport It’s ok. I’ve escalated and am awaiting feedback from complaints team. The last few days have been a shambles & I’ve spent hours trying to fix Threes issues. Bottom line is you want 4 contracts or you don’t......

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there network issues? No home broadband for 6+ hours and poor 4G currently. All the obvious things tried. No one seems to answer phone and can't get onto live chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK how do you think you can get away with dictating the odds to a@customer with a genuine service issue. What makes you think I would renew/upgrade 5 months ahead of renewal when you service/hardware are faulty ! This is one customer that’s not happy Shoddy

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK 2 days now and now broadband signal and phone signal. Said it would be fixed today. Customer service is normally brilliant. I’m sure I keep getting the same stupid woman who doesn’t listen and understand what I’m talking about. WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED

    @ThreeUKSupport Disappointed that you don't support esim's even though you have webpages devoted to them. Apparently you ran trail 3 years ago!!!! and still nothing. You should remove references to esim's if you don't support them.

    @ThreeUK Can I ask why all of a sudden you could people off on there contract when there a couple of days late with payment I think a restricted service would be better I can't phone anyone n they can't phone me but what if it was an emergency?
