    @ThreeUKSupport Are there network issues? No home broadband for 6+ hours and poor 4G currently. All the obvious things tried. No one seems to answer phone and can't get onto live chat.

    @ThreeUK I want to change my contract but it’s basically impossible to contact you. I’ve forgotten my My3 password and your website errors every time I try to reset. Your call centre isn’t taking any calls and your Live Chat just doesn’t work. How do I talk to a person?

    First day on @ThreeUKSupport and so far had no more than 1 bar of signal.. not going to even last the cooling off period at this rate

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @ThreeUKSupport The reason for the #complaint @Ofcom is that I can’t get the app to work and navigating your phone system has proved impossible ! I shall now be formalising my complaint. This really is ridiculous and frustrating. You are making it impossible for me to manage my accounts!

    @ThreeUKSupport BS3 3BD, B535-232 If you could release a firmware allowing bridge mode it'd seriously help, I think the actual routing part of the modem isn't up to par and that's half the problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport The complaint was logged in November and is still an issue after multiple escalations to your tech teams. The issue is your tower to our rural area has run out of capacity, hence my original response that your network can not handle the demand.

    @ThreeUK How can your customer service be so abysmal that you can't even confirm a delivery date of an iPhone 12 Pro. I've been waiting for over two months and was told 3 times it would be delivered today. And now radio silence. Make it make sense.

    Cancellation... I saw the phone I wanted was available on @ThreeUK via 3rd party took out another @threecontract as my previous contact finished on 03/01 and the new contract never materialised I was hoping they would transfer my old number to the new one so I only have to pay
