I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for £45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Can I cancel my contract if I'm I happy with the service??

Samsung advise there is an issue with the phone who said return it to the store. This was an upgrade.. customer service please
