I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.
