    @ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @David73283871 @ThreeUKSupport Their I.p’s are blocked. It works using a vpn. Restarting or checking your bill won’t fix this. It would appear 3 have no idea how to fix this. It’s almost as if they’ve been black listed
