    @ThreeUKSupport @gidonma I have the same problem. Security/firmware update on Friday on my S9+, since then I switch to 3G and it works, but 4G no go. Very frustrating!

    @ThreeUKSupport Are you able to shed any light on the issues you've been experiencing? As far as I am aware every other network in the UK has successfully deployed Oreo to Samsung devices. Is there something unique to Three?

    @ThreeUK Blantanly reducing the 4g network capabilities to make 5g look better. Usually works great but the service is pathetic now. Seriously disappointed guys 👎

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to upgrade my phone online, I've picked a phone and plan from my offers, I've added it to my basket and I’m logged in to my three, but when i go to check out, its asking me if i want to change my number or keep my old one like im a new customer...

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely pathetic service! Again!!! I have an unanswered complaint since 19th March 2019 which dates back to poor service since December 2018. Your telephone support don't listen. Looks like it's time for me to find someone else to spend money with.
