    @ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

    @ThreeUK I’ve got 3 Three contract and tbf I’ve never had any issues. But the network has been poor lately, and today more than ever I needed my texts to acknowledge the arrival at my hospital appointment to gain entrance. I had to phone a friend to text for me!

    @ThreeUKSupport I was asked to cancel immediately with no further charges. I said I would first locate a reliable provider then contact you to switch my number. On doing this your staff declared zero knowledge! So I’m waiting for your management to fulfill their promises.

    @ThreeUKSupport Another Three customer just 2days ago, attempted download of a utility app. First to their android mobile (which spent 10 minutes in cycle mode) then to their Surface pad -which also got lost in cycle mode & could not load the app. Three is unfit for purpose!
