    @ThreeUKSupport The reason for the #complaint @Ofcom is that I can’t get the app to work and navigating your phone system has proved impossible ! I shall now be formalising my complaint. This really is ridiculous and frustrating. You are making it impossible for me to manage my accounts!

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't know the location of the masts in RH10 area. I know we have 4 & 5g towers around here (I'm not in to conspiracies or anything) - and it might not be anything but a coincidence as to the timing of the network test message and hum noise I'm hearing.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have requested to terminate my contract - I don't want to "hang in there" for any moment longer. It is completely unacceptable that you and your teams are refusing to end my contract. I am not in a contract currently. Why can't they terminate my contract
