@ThreeUKSupport Yes in my local store in Newbury..customer of 8 years or so. Very frustrated. Samsung advise there is an issue with the phone who said return it to the store. This was an upgrade.. customer service please

@ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK absolutely the most frustrating level of customer service.Clearly no customer care. Your policy not deal with matters properly in store is a shame.I have a phone that won't work a contract for £34 a month for two years and three won't step up and reassure

@ThreeUKSupport Are there network issues? No home broadband for 6+ hours and poor 4G currently. All the obvious things tried. No one seems to answer phone and can't get onto live chat.

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

I can't believe how bad @ThreeUK internet signal is. I've been with them for a few weeks and I've only been to a couple of places and I haven't had 4G let alone 5G and "emergency calls only" for most of it. Give me EE back 😭

@ThreeUKSupport The postcode of where I am now is S26 6PB. The signal is absolutely awful and I'm not even getting a H+ on the signal let alone 4G!
