    @ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

    @ThreeUKSupport This has been an issue since my contract commenced. I've had zero improvement after countless contact with customer service and waiting for diagnostic team to sort it out to no avail.
