Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...
