    @ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

    @ThreeUK still no service after reporting lost phone on 16 May. Disgraceful. CANNOT wait until Sept when I move away. Over 20 years a customer. Happy to take £250 there and then to set up new contract but 10 days to get a replacement SIM and 3 days, counting, for it 2b activated.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, there appears to be a problem with my bill, it should have ended on 9th May but it has ended on the 19th May. I'm also confused with the fee which was waived and paying my usual amount on Monday
