@ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

@ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

@ThreeUKSupport No idea what a supercharged plan is - I choose whatever data plan I want per month & have done 4 years.This is via 444 - top up with unregistered card. It's a system issue not a 'plan' issue I believe. The addition of talking to the sales team option is new & breaks topping up.

@MSE_Deals Don’t bother taking this deal up in #Manchester however. @ThreeUK have very poor coverage at present of many parts of GM. My calls constantly drop on hands free on the M60 & in many parts of the city & outer town areas. IPhone 12, so not an old phone.
