@PitirisTom @ThreeUK I'm tied into a contract but surely if I'm not happy with the service I should be able to get out? I never had a single issue on @SMARTYMobileUK at 1/4 of the cost but I needed a new device

Matt 🛵 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 (@mattyboyc70) reported from Basingstoke, England

@ThreeUK listen up @Threeuk if I don’t get my doctors phone appointment because of your crap network, you WILL be told where to shove your contract!!! GET IT SORTED

  • markinhants
Mark in Hants 🇪🇺 🇬🇧 (@markinhants) reported from Camberley, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s ok. I’ve escalated and am awaiting feedback from complaints team. The last few days have been a shambles & I’ve spent hours trying to fix Threes issues. Bottom line is you want 4 contracts or you don’t......

  • stephweller97
Steph Weller (@stephweller97) reported from Guildford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Everywhere I go I get no data signal! And turning it to 3G like your Reading store colleagues suggested doesn’t work either!

  • Sharpey
Richard Sharpe (@Sharpey) reported from Maidenhead, England

@steviemetime @ThreeUK Goodness. You have been promising that eSIM is “coming soon”, for (literally) years @ThreeUKSupport Please just be honest with your customers. If you are not going to support it, we can go elsewhere.

  • HarryRobertson5
Harry Robertson (@HarryRobertson5) reported from Bracknell, England

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

  • gonzo2005
jason huntley (@gonzo2005) reported from Reading, England

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Be aware three will rip you off have a sim only contract with unlimited everything prices went up by40% so tried cancelling but they won’t cancel and are still charging disgraceful trouble is I stop paying I will get into trouble these big companies have you by the *****

Kate (@katesj1983) reported from Wokingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport I can access online...it’s the iPhone XS Max, I’ve reset network settings numerous times which helps to some extent but having to do it more than once a week is just a pain,

  • wildlime
Brendan 🌈 (@wildlime) reported from Basingstoke, England

@PSobocki @ThreeUK It's newer spectrum so not all devices support it but newer devices do. Next time you change it will likely support it

  • HarveyWelch
Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

  • HarryRobertson5
Harry Robertson (@HarryRobertson5) reported from Bracknell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

  • steve1964sw6
SW 6 (@steve1964sw6) reported from Camberley, England

Can't help thinking @ThreeUK missed a trick when they chose to sponsor Chelsea instead of @FulhamFC #FFC

  • iainlaw
Iain Law (@iainlaw) reported from Aldershot, England

@ThreeUKSupport There has been practically no data service for over the past week. Yet if you leave the area and enter what I assume is the next base-station location, you get it back.

  • turningleftfor
Turningleftforless (@turningleftfor) reported from Guildford, England

@Dickster27 @ThreeUK @O2 Thanks for the tip! Very odd way to do things. May be useful for some but the coverage is awful on 3 at home too so I’m definitely off to O2.

@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Ooh I didn't know they merged with Vodafone 😐 that says alot tbh... They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... • debtodd
    Debbie Todd (@debtodd) reported

@ThreeUK after 20+ years with yourselves and hold 2 accounts I now fail the credit check ??? Then my husband joins you also taking out two accounts so we’re all on the same network- I know you don’t care but you’ll be losing 4 customers now 🤬

  • Victrix75
    Vix Southgate 🦊 (@Victrix75) reported

I cannot believe how poor mobile reception is on @ThreeUK these days. 4G=1bar if not in a built-up area and when 5G 'is' found it crashes my iPhone 16pro or garbles every word. Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!

  • BambieBambini
    Kitty Coco (@BambieBambini) reported

@ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

  • JaxRalph1992

  • woodland246

@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
