    @SuperSaf @ThreeUK Different story in Woking, Surrey No 5G and 4G+ data speeds of about 4 Meg very poor quality too constantly cutting out. 😢

    @ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

    @SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

    @ThreeUK My data services are not working, if not on my home WiFi, WiFi calling is also not working. Tried to get onto three accounts but can't get in due to waiting for a txt for my passcode.

    @TheEvEngineer @ThreeUK There is! But, as signal hasn’t dropped, the system doesn’t usually allow the fallback as it sees the “3Uk” network as being active and sufficient. If they were to shut the network down as they fixed it, this would allow calls to happen, but it wouldn’t be popular.

    @ThreeUK Yeah being sorry is great but I need my service to be working that’s what I’m paying for…. And since there’s no chance of compensation for this (because this isn’t the first time this has happened and you never give compensation) I won’t be paying my bill this month 👍
