    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @ThreeUK customer service are very pleasant in a completely ineffective company. 3 weeks of please give us 2, 3 , 7 days to resolve. Now they need another 7 days. Why can’t you just say you can’t fix the connection and I can find another provider?
