Can you confirm if there's a nationwide outage? Its looking silly that you're denying it.

Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

Update the website and discount the month charge due to lack of service - like any other decent business. Insulting customers isn't helping.
