    @ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete - there’s more, this problem is specific to the “3internet” apn when using cell 12713984 which I assume is my closest mast. If I force my modem to band 20 it connects to cell 877062 and the “3internet” apn works fine.

    @ThreeUKSupport I only have 3G signal on phone (usually 5G) in DH2 1, and my 5G hub isn’t working at all, I guess because it can only receive 4G or 5G. Website says no issues or planned maintenance. Help?
