    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (ยฃ31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

    Hi all @ThreeUK customers who live in central London (Victoria/Pimlico) - can I ask if your signal crashed in the past seven weeks? A mast was taken away suddenly with no warning to customers. Iโ€™m also looking to other providers to DM me their offer as an alternative supplier.

    I think Iโ€™m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and thereโ€™s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    @ThreeUKSupport I cannot go into enough detail on the issues I've been having with you. But apparently according to your customer service I ordered 1 SIM on a 2 for 1 SIM offer, which makes little sense. Despite actually using your "connect together" program.

    @ThreeUK I live in County Durham. CS on 333 told me that there is a long standing issue in my area that Three can't fix due to "network limitations". Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?
