    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m very unhappy you’re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.

    It’s a bit rubbish the @ThreeUK Home Signal is only 3G so to use it have to turn phone to 3G only so it won’t won’t roam on to 4G macro cell. Guess useful if local network outage

    @ThreeUKSupport I have sent more than three emails with my passport and new password details. I have called the call centre and received horrible replies. The people in the chat have said twice that in 48h I should get all sorted. Still nothing happens. I can't access my bank account,GP, etc.

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone was cut out of the blue. Apparently my account was hacked. After more than 2 weeks I am still waiting to get my line back. You have charged me for opting out, which I didn't do, and even sent new billing. I still don't have my line back.
