  @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

  @ThreeUK I have renewed my contract yesterday via 3Mobile Hounslow store. Within an hour of renewal I went to store again to cancel contract as found better deal online. went into store on same day to cancel the contract but they said cannot cancel it. what kind of service is ?

  @ThreeUK Just went to Amsterdam, signal has never been so good. I was told the issue was my handset? Clearly I have been lied to. I should be able to cancel my contract and return my handset as you are not providing me with the service I pay for.
