I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

What I found helpful is resetting the APN and turn on and off the airplane mode, that should reset/ restart the network. I have the same issue lately, for over 1 month more exactly.
