    Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi, I've tried making a phonecall to Australia however when calling it said I had to make a payment so I did (twice) and still having the same issue so you've basically just taken £20 from me for no reason - can you refund me please?

    @ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport when will youbget the home broadband issue fixed? Power it all down turn it on stays connected for a minute then all devices say no internet connection. This is the second day now!!

    @ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

    @ThreeUKSupport I will do. But what can you tell me other than what I already know? The never ending work on the mast continues therefore it gets switched off at 8.30am every day and I lose service leading to huge disruption to my work. As if a month of this in October wasn’t enough???

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I recently left Three but I have just had my usual direct debit go out of my account? When I requested my PAC, it said I wouldn’t be charged if I used the PAC on the same day (which I did) Can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport ... I’d have remained a happy and loyal customer, but instead you hit me with a delivery date after Christmas and tried to get me to pay an additional refundable (after 6 months) deposit of £250. That was the last straw. I’m so done with Three. Where’s your customer focus?
