    @ThreeUKSupport I want to update my address to my correct address. I'm not receiving any text messages with my new password. I even agreed to do a survey and that text didn't come through either. I want to update my address so I can get technical help so resolve my issues but can't!

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s all I have been doing is speaking people on the phone. I would like the call recordings to take this further as I never had a live signed contract since November 2018! Now no responsibly on your side after agreeing to credit my account as I have it in an email and writing

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    Never known a service like @ThreeUK… got 2 lines with them & travel allover UK, never have any internet signal anywhere it’s a shambles. Can’t even load pics/vids/stories. Embarrassing service it’s 2022 ffs. Cancelling both & moving to @EE

    @ThreeUK customer service is awful. I've spent over 1.5 hours talking to 3/4 different people, none of whom can explain why, when I cancelled a month ago, before the contract end date, am I still being charged. Ridiculous.

    Ive been back 4 days from my 22nd @glastonbury time for a few thoughts. I was working so my time to see acts was curtailed but still got to see 14. I couldnt tweet anything during the festival because as a @ThreeUK customer i had pretty much zero phone and data access. #Glasto22
