Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

@ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

@ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

@ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

@HighlanderToby @ThreeUKSupport happened to me a few weeks ago, i have to pay via 333 as i cancelled my direct debit by mistake 5 years ago and they still havent managed to set it back up 🙄 (online, telephone and instore) and 333 had also gone down. It was down nearly 5 days so I was overdue, (continue on)
