Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didn’t pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)

I worked in mobile industry in the past for over 20 years and never came across a single case like this where the customer was correct. None.

It seems the only way to cancel is to talk to a human and that’s tricky if you’re on hold with no idea how long it might be before you get through to someone

Twitter and YouTube are working fine, as is most internet searching. This is the same across 3devices, using 3 different browsers and 3 different operating systems.
