    @ThreeUKSupport I would bet my life on it that you can’t help! This has been ongoing for over 2 months! There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t get anything on 4G as you can see by the screenshot despite your coverage checker saying the signal is excellent. This issue has been going on for ages. It’s not my sim or phone as my daughter is having the same problem.

    I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

    Couldn’t agree more! @ThreeUK seem to play tricks to bend the rules & get away with it all. Constant bad signal, lack of customer service & communication, lying about reductions! I’ll be leaving at the end of my contract @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK you’re taking the biscuit now with my signal. You said months ago it would be sorted. I’ve now been stuck in the one area with the worst service I’ve ever had! Really bad form.

    Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

    It’s a bit rubbish the @ThreeUK Home Signal is only 3G so to use it have to turn phone to 3G only so it won’t won’t roam on to 4G macro cell. Guess useful if local network outage

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been a Three customer for roughly 16-17 years in total, when combining back home and here in UK. But once I have received all my money back, I am switching provider. You hands down have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well then, tell your bosses you need a bigger team. Try to help your customers rather than screw them Don't fraudulently put them on contracts they didn't choose. Make it easier for your customers to get hold of you with our specialist links.. the list goes on.

    @ThreeUKSupport Phones calls arw erratic , sometimes it works some times it dosent . Voicemail dosent work properly , its been a mess since day one really. And when support try to call me , call diconnects.I've honestly had enough
