@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport HELP! Many circles of hell dealing with 3. How do I end it? Multiple assurances on phone calls that all is sorted but multiple phone calls to me (always when I am busy) suggest otherwise. I ask for email confirming but am told this isn't possible?!

@ThreeUK so I had my account compromised, a phone and sim was ordered without my knowledge, once it arrived at my house, I reported it to the fraud action squad, then reported to your fraud department with my crime reference number. Your fraud department never followed up 1/2

@ThreeUK I am supposed to be getting clear 5G signal and coverage but I am barely getting 3G 😡 no matter the area I may be in during the day. If you can’t cope with 5G networking stop offering it until you’re competent to do so as it’s a f’g disgrace. Charging fortunes for 💩.

@MoneySavingExp 1 terabyte for £1 a month wouldn’t tempt me back to @ThreeUK When you can’t get a signal in a major city, avoid, no matter how cheap it is. Worst network I’ve used in years. Paid to leave early. It was worth every penny to escape.

@ThreeUK great you send a text to say you're going to be doing work in my area after the work is completed the service is actually poorer than what it was before you started we now have to use 3G only to be able to receive any decent speed for basic speed with internet

@ThreeUKSupport I have added a high gain antenna in the loft pointing at the mast to try and maintain connection but the service has been sporadic up and down obviously was doing work recently in the area so I restarted the router again and last night when I was doing speed checks 4 non-existent

@ThreeUKSupport It's not down to the coverage when you're told by 3 that the mast is maxed out the mast is also restricted the coverage has nothing to do with it because he used to work great 8-in 2018/2019. So what has changed the house has not moved or is it a problem with your equipment
