Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.

Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.
