    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, I spoke to Sana on live chat who has checked all this for me and noted congestion at E10 7NE with improvements being made by 4/10. However Iโ€™ve gone almost 2 years with this issue and am not willing to pay any more money

    Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

    Definitely changing from @ThreeUK when my contract ends. My 4G barely ever works on my bus to work despite having full signal. I complain to them and theyโ€™re like โ€œoh you could upgrade early and maybe that will give you better serviceโ€ like ???

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a ยฃ35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesnโ€™t make up for 2 years of intermittent service

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi, I've tried making a phonecall to Australia however when calling it said I had to make a payment so I did (twice) and still having the same issue so you've basically just taken ยฃ20 from me for no reason - can you refund me please?

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been this bad since I joined 2+ years ago, had many talks with your team. You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal

    She tried to register for My Three but can't register because when she enters an email address it won't change it, it errors. But the new nano SIM arrived yesterday - actually, @ThreeUKSupport sent her 2 SIMs. One doesn't work. The other seems to work 5/9

    So not only have @ThreeUK not contacted me after weeks of saying they would, they have now charged me ยฃ79 for my phone contract which is normally ยฃ16, during a pandemic. While I've only been using WiFi. I am absolutely infuriated. What a way to treat a loyal customer huh.

    @ThreeUKSupport 2. So I've previously been a Three customer several years ago and decided to return to the network in July this time on a business contract. The experience (or rather ordeal) was thoroughly horrific - over 2 hours spent in the Bournemouth Castlepoint store...

    @ThreeUKSupport No, just added my credit card via 333. I went on to chat with support via live chat 3 times. Problem is not yet fixed, adult filter is still on. It's been 4 days. I need this to work and I'm not able to. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Have you heard, there has been a pandemic going around and a contract from 12 months ago that has never made a single all or text and barely used for data wasn't exactly in my forethought. But yeh, fall back on the 'it's in the terms'. Why send it at 19 days rather than 30 days?
