    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    Hi all @ThreeUK customers who live in central London (Victoria/Pimlico) - can I ask if your signal crashed in the past seven weeks? A mast was taken away suddenly with no warning to customers. I’m also looking to other providers to DM me their offer as an alternative supplier.

    @ThreeUKSupport I see. Just working backwards, I have no idea how this service signed me up. Research suggests that they have worked out a way to stealthily sign me up by embedding a sign-up form in YouTube ads. Which is insane itself. But you're telling me there is no way that I can tell...

    Dear @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to thank you so much for having cut my services today. I spent one hour with an advisor to fix one of your administrative mistake. I was supposed to have my services back at 3pm. Still isolated! You are an insult towards your customers.

    Absolutely sick to death with @ThreeUK home broadband, amazing when we took it then as soon as 3 months passed it's been so poor and inconsistent we've had to take out extra data on our ee mobile packages in order to work and watch tv. Complaint incoming, we've had ENOUGH. 🤬🤬🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi, I've tried making a phonecall to Australia however when calling it said I had to make a payment so I did (twice) and still having the same issue so you've basically just taken £20 from me for no reason - can you refund me please?

    @ThreeUKSupport And I mean it’s been like this pretty much all of 2019. When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didn’t pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Really disappointed with both Three UK and Motorola customer service. Motorola arranged DPD to collect my phone for repair driver “missed” collection twice without even knocking. I waited in both days. Total waste of time

    @ThreeUK the worst broadband and customer service ive ever experienced, cancelled my contract without me asking, then took £140 out of my account when I was told it wouldn’t go out, 5 times I’ve been in contact and they say it will be resolved in a matter of days, still waiting…
