I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.

They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.

I donโt care what your systems say. Iโve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you donโt believe me.
