I understand you do a free one with 200MB preloaded data. Also I'm an ex Three customer but signal at home was very poor. Curious to see if it's improved.

This would be less of an issue if you were improving your coverage in parallel. Signal so poor in my Central London home WiFi calling is vital.

If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

No idea how old it is but you’ve tried to tell me it’s a SIM issue before years ago, & it wasn’t, just your service. I did turn my phone off & on again, I think that’s the first thing most people would do, should I have?
