@ThreeUK your internet is way too slow in big 2019

  • jdaykin Jerry Daykin (@jdaykin) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK @NinaWest @AttitudeMag I just wish you had supported me with half decent signal during the parade itself 😜 but keep up the good work #Pride wise!

  • Annabel_TD Annabel Turbutt-Day (@Annabel_TD) reported from London Colney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Can’t get in webchat. If that’s what you keep directing people to it’s pointless as there is never anyone available.

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • IamHadik Hadi KhatamiZadeh (@IamHadik) reported from London Colney, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Took me 35 minutes to but a single PAYG sim card despite I was the only customer. Was helped nicely by shop assistant but too complicated system

  • AshleyLlewellyn Ashley (@AshleyLlewellyn) reported from Barnet, England

So I went to @ThreeUK today to upgrade my phone, but it’s not worth it. I may aswell buy them handset from @Apple and keep sim only. At least that way I can ditch @ThreeUK if their signal stays this bad...

  • londonpommie Paul N (@londonpommie) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Never in the 13 odd years I've been a customer!

  • bumpiegin Hayley Dulson-Hughes (@bumpiegin) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. Had to hang up after waiting for 15 mins

  • M3lanieJC 🍉Melon 🍉 (@M3lanieJC) reported from Watford, England

No signal since approx 1900 @ThreeUK nothing unless Wi-fi is connected...

  • melvgotti M 🇳🇬 (@melvgotti) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport No. My signal is shit in central london and I can't even load YouTube videos or google maps on 4g

  • AndyRFCCharman Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Harefield, England

.@ThreeUK I’m getting fed up of receiving ‘text failed to send’ messages from you when recipients are responding to those same texts. Have tried everything suggested on your support site but makes no difference. Never had this problem with this phone on other networks. #Three

  • M3lanieJC 🍉Melon 🍉 (@M3lanieJC) reported from London Colney, England

@LePhantomDennis @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken I’ve had to force 3G as the network is so bad, never get any connection on 4G

  • AshleyLlewellyn Ashley (@AshleyLlewellyn) reported from Barnet, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The last excuse before that was, we are upgrading to 5G to it may effect service...

  • AshleyLlewellyn Ashley (@AshleyLlewellyn) reported from Barnet, England

@ThreeUKSupport Almost everywhere now. I did pop instore to look for an upgrade, but don’t want to be stuck with a network I can’t use. I don’t really want to keep dropping down to 3G, I’m paying for 4G after all.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from London Colney, England

@richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK You absolutely can leave if they fail to provide service. If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from London Colney, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

  • andycoxonuk Andy Coxon (@andycoxonuk) reported from London, England

    @MrChrisPassey @scotthayesss @EE BOYS!!!! I’m on @ThreeUK sim only £15 a month #wtf

  • mertkahraman42 Mert Kahraman (@mertkahraman42) reported from London Colney, England

People of 🇬🇧 Please tell me a carrier to switch from the worst carrier of all times @ThreeUK

  • _rjrm RJRM (@_rjrm) reported from Hertfordshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport So basically I pay £93 a month for a service which doesn’t work on trains and has unspecified mast failures. Brilliant.

  • _Eon____ Eon (@_Eon____) reported from Barnet, England

@ThreeUKSupport @Computer_999 Same shit i was told moved to sky now for some sort of stable connection just to game on. 22ping 10mbps download and 5mbps no breaks in the speed no speed loss at peak times tbh its not the best speeds but it works when i need it.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Paul68958640 Paul (@Paul68958640) reported

@antartica81 @ThreeUK It's a lot easier to pretend there isn't a problem, than to sort it out, of course.

  • TrumpTr88721350 TrumpTranslator (@TrumpTr88721350) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Older ones I think. Is there a support chat or number I can call?

  • MrPotatoOfEire Sir Potato KBE (@MrPotatoOfEire) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing you can do. Your masts are too far away for the frequency they are operating on. Add to that a new build home with highly efficient foil faced insulation and the signal simply can't get through. Wifi calling and good customer service has saved the contracts up to now.

  • rob_techboxer Rob Moore (@rob_techboxer) reported

This week in awful customer experiences: @ThreeUK. Authorizing important payments with multiple financial services is currently not possible because I cannot receive international SMS OTPs from my UK number. Your support staff are not empowered to fix this problem for me. 😐

  • GargaBlargBlarg Brendan (@GargaBlargBlarg) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah. Seemingly at random, though different across devices, it displays the message something along the lines of “this content is blocked by the network administrator. Please contact the admin”

  • NotAllChris Little Duck (@NotAllChris) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have been told by your Live Chat people that my SIM would be activated in 48 hours. They've told me this three times, but only after I contact them when it doesn't work. 6 days of it doesn't promote much confidence.

  • BOPjo_anne Jo-Anne welsh (@BOPjo_anne) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Well originally I was trying to get new phone and contract but the service has been so poor I ll settle for my PAC code to leave .

  • StevenJRAnsell Steven Ansell (@StevenJRAnsell) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Looks like it was an intermittent issue, as I now cannot get it to recur. If it happens again, I'll send a screenshot. Thank you kindly for your help. Stay well and take care!

  • bristolboudicca Karen Frances (@bristolboudicca) reported

@antartica81 @ThreeUK I’m told that its to do with the frequency/length of sound wave. Every network is different and buildings interfere with some more than others. I think EE is particularly bad as I had trouble when I was with them too.

  • doublehelix33 SammyB (@doublehelix33) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi I need to order a replacement SIM for the second phone on my account (my Nan’s). I can’t log in on app or website, neither will let me change the password. Called 333 but went round in circles and couldn’t find a human. Please help!
