I donโt care what your systems say. Iโve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you donโt believe me.

They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.

When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didnโt pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)
