There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs
