    @ThreeUK I've called them out on this before, and here we are a few years later and nothing changed. I say this having had my @ThreeUK account hacked into in the past, from here they were then able to intercept SMS 2FA into my bank accounts and empty them. I don't take this issue lightly.

    @ThreeUKSupport not only I place a complain only to be sent a letter asking me to complain to the watchdog as they don’t care. Call their customer service and they bluntly say we can’t do anything feel free to cancel the contract.

    @MartinSLewis what are the rules ref companies increasing prices mid contract? Sky have just hiked price by 14% (contract started in November) and @ThreeUK by 14.4% (contract started last month!) this doesn't seem fair to me - especially when I would have to pay fees to cancel
