    @ThreeUKSupport EN1 4RQ. Also attempted to use at NG18 and N17 areas. It clearly isn’t a connection issue as all other apps and services work fine, and that’s 3+ locations I’ve tried it in.

    .@ThreeUKSupport I would like to know what is so wrong with data in your network. Often have only 3G and even when I have 4G reception data just doesn’t seem to work or works incredibly slow. I’m basically paying for data I can’t barely used or when used is unpractical …

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve done that, in fact I’ve only ever been on 3G because your network is terrible in London. I live in central too so no there is no difference

    @ThreeUKSupport why is your 4G so bad in central London, London Bridge and St Pancras area I have to drop the phone to 3G to get any data, you promote 5G, but you haven’t mastered the basics yet, when is this going to be sorted #timetoswitch

    @ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

    @puddletash @ThreeUKSupport Don't waste your time with the customer services. Three are having server issues. If you have the opera browser you can turn on "use dns over instead of systems DNS settings" Then select whatever works in that list, try default first. That should help you surf at least.

    @joelharris07 @ThreeUKSupport I was told it would be fixed hours ago. They don't know when it'll be fixed, it's all hot air, I've only had this broadband for 5 months and it's only worked without issue for 1 of those months. They can't even let people know what's going on. Enough's enough.
