    I have been having a terrible service from @ThreeUK. There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. I have raised it with @ThreeUK.

    Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as Iโ€™m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! Thatโ€™s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the ยฃ10 a month option but I've been put on a ยฃ15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.

    @ThreeUK your network is pathetic and horrible, in a place like Stratford Westfield I donโ€™t get proper reception, just a rip off you guys are. I was made to leave lyca and coke to you by your cc at the store and now that person is just disappeared from the store. Not helpful

    @ThreeUKSupport Im in the UK and the content filter issue started happening over the weekend So I tried logging into my account to turn it back off but I can't, tried on my phone and 2 different laptops If I use WiFi then it's fine but the Internet in my house is rubbish so I don't use it.

    @ThreeUK you really do need to sort your customer service. 2 days & 2 hrs 11 mins & speaking to 7 different ppl later I donโ€™t have a resolution. Why wonโ€™t you match my new BB deal to that of my friends, ยฃ17 5G 24 months? Iโ€™m trying to add an additional contract #3isrubbidh

    @ThreeUK been with you 4 years on top unlimited package, hours on the phone with supposed โ€œcustomer serviceโ€ team, useless people and now will move my contract elsewhere

    @ThreeUKSupport After trying online to cancel my contract (which didnโ€™t work) on the 21st September I phoned you and after 25 minutes waiting finally spoke with you, asked to cancel the contract and was told it was cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's RM8 it's fixed now and I'm back to my normal 'full' but slow connection. I'm just hoping you launch 5G soon as 4G in this area is just so poor but you know that and nothing you can, or will do, can fix it.

    @ThreeUK sold me a dodgey phone that now the battery swells and has basically become a bomb! I have told them this since August 2025 so nearly a year and they taking zero responsibility!! This is the customer service they provide as long as you pay them all is well!! Stay clear

    sorry I'll take it back because the issue is with the @ThreeUK I'm using the ZTE 5G Router is absolutely trash please EVERYONE AVOID using it, the amount of stress and issues ive been having with it is unbelievable, now with the Vodafone merge my bandwidth has dropped too. Awful

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.
