    @ThreeUKSupport This is a day too late. Meanwhile because of poor internet reception to central #London (#kingscross, #embankment and my area #FinsburyPark) I am switching to a different provider at the end of this month when my contract expires so I can resolve this situation.

    @ThreeUK full signal but nothing is loading in #FinsburyPark. No way to find which bus to take. Calling 333, verified and asked be verified again. Asking me my bank about no. No internet to visit my app. Just asking about the signal in the area. They couldn’t help me and hang up.

    @Three_Is_Broken @keplerniko @ThreeUK Ive had no 4g at home or in central London where I work for three months. Three keep offering discounts and saying 5g is coming. Wtf. Why can’t they just be honest with everyone and say they can’t cope - it’s not good enough.

    @keplerniko @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I live in E1 and work in central London and the city and the 4g signal has been on a steady decline for al least 6 months. Probably due to 5g upgrade works and gently encouraging people to take up 5g when it comes (despite hardly anyone even having 5g devices yet!

    @ThreeUKSupport Fyi where I live in Streatham High Road I have no problems. Greyhound Lane is where my brother lives phone calls are problematic internet access is virtually non-existent

    @ThreeUK Shockingly bad experience. Still owed >£100 from April for handset never received. Spoken to 6 Reps. Cut off twice. Waiting time c1hour. Always the wrong person. Groundhog Day. Promised repayment. Still waiting. I want my money back!

    @ThreeUK pass the buck tell you call @ThreeUKSupport re account that Finnish 19th of June they said we never called but after the 4 th call handler, he said he could see we called... Liars. They grind you down deliberately, cut you off. This is not customer service !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Manually issuing MMI codes from dialer initially seems to work - "Call forwarding registration was successful" - but checking the menu it actually shows the 3UK voicemail number which is wrong. Phone menu shows an error for "Always forward" option and "Network or SIM card error."

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, I can do it manually from the phone dialer using the GSM star codes 👍 my point is that there seems to be an issue with how the handset's querying for settings as it throws an error. Is it indicative of incorrect SIM carrier settings, a network issue or a phone issue?
