@justifyles @richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Well then that comes down to choice doesn’t it. Just saying nobody has to stay in a broken contract if they don’t want to. I’d suggest speaking to EE. They have a new u limited contract and you can just pop their sim in a 4g router.

@richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK You absolutely can leave if they fail to provide service. If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

@ThreeUKSupport I did stay connected. I didn’t receive anything. Silly me thought when my 24 month contract was finished, then you would stop taking money. Then I was told to speak to someone and tell them I want to cancel... but still after that nothing has happened....
