    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I do not have any service now! While on the train, in one part of the journey I did receive mobile signal, but when I reached home it’s gone again!

    Hello @ThreeUKSupport your network appears to be broken today. I have full 3G but pretty much no data speeds ok the overground between Peckham rye and Surrey quays, and cable street/shadwell.

    FYI - To post I had to tether to my partner's phone. She fortunately is on a decent network which has had no connectivity issues. Maybe I should move to @ThreeUK ... All joking aside can you sort out the maintenance it's been over a month as I said.

    @ThreeUKSupport You said I could cancel my contract at anytime as the service was so bad or I could wait for 5g. Now it’s here I’m told at first I’d have to pay £895. Then it was more like £395. I’m just stunned!

    @Jimmyavenger @PositiveLad @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Vodaphone have been issue less since I took them up in March. £22 a month for unlimited EU calls, texts and data (no cap) plus 500 US minutes and global roaming for free. Oh AND they threw in a years free subscription to either Spotify or now tv

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @ThreeUK , how come you’ve sent me an email saying a debt I don’t owe is being passed to debt collectors???? I rang you up and it was confirmed you received the device and I owed nothing, so how come you never sorted it at your end?????

    @ThreeUKSupport you've added a daily go roam charge to my contract, despite go roam being included in my contract until October 2023 at no additional cost. Your support/live chat on the mob app is not working, and I can't login via my laptop as that also isn't working. Please DM.
