I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

Start filling form they then ask for full postcode again and you select your full address. I was then told that I could only have a *4G* modem! I contacted "support" who said no to 5G as area of North London was too "congested" !

I now disconnect 6/7 times a day, not ideal when you are using remote desktop for work. Finding somewhere new now.
