Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

It’s dangerous when i’m alone and need Google Maps.
