@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Outstanding customer service. Ordered your Huawei E557 with collections from your Wood Green store. Went there today they said it’s @ your Angel store. It’s not there either. Travelling when shouldn’t and now cannot work from home.

@ThreeUK hi Three if you’re going to basically suspend customer service you should at least make sure your website works. I can’t change my plan to a sim only, either through the app or online. I’m cancelling my plan if you don’t get back to me today with this fixed.

Got my @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport mobile broadband today and OMG how shit! It’s giving me speeds of 2mbs LOL! As if! 5 bars on the router and this speed. AVOID this company like the plague people, awful. God knows how they’re going to deliver 5G!

@ThreeUKSupport I had all the lights on the router. Devices showing as connected, Mac showed an IP address for connection, but there was no internet on any device. It resolved itself after about 10 minutes, the longest 10 minutes of my life! Seemed like the network dropped.

@ThreeUKSupport So it's #VoLTE that's failing now, even with Wi-Fi calling on. If I switch to 3G there's no issue. I've sat with my phone on 4G only since you confirmed Voice across the whole LTE network on all frequency bands. Any thoughts on when it'll be fixed?

@ThreeUKSupport Just wondering what's happening with the signal in the CR3 6DA area. 3g seems to not be working at all so having to use your rubbish 1Mbps 4g connection. Bit of a joke that the 3g at 15Mbps was faster than the 4g up until this point but now it's no longer funny..

I am disgusted by the way @ThreeUK have treated my newly bereaved friend. First they try to charge her to cancel her dead husband’s SIM, then they close her account disconnecting her phone at the worst time in her life & when she needs it most. Shame on @ThreeUK

I'm starting to remember why I left @ThreeUK Poor data service in last few years, literally sub O2 levels. App is useless. No live chat, help or other options to get in touch. They block UDP based VPN connections, DPI traffic shape and have seriously under powered their core.

@ThreeUKSupport 3/3 I was advise by your agent that the only way a credit will be refunded is if I cancel my contract with you! So that was the option I was given or I have to start contacting my bank and cancelling my DD with Three! Not great service!
