  • kmamoyeed
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, England

My experience of @ThreeUKSupport has been terrible. A call centre in India picks up my calls. The customer service operatives do not know the areas in London where I have no network coverage. They ask for post codes which is nonsense really. Overall terrible experience.

  • granty3333
Grant Nichols (@granty3333) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUK problems in central London with service ?? What’s happening??

  • andywash
Andy Washington 💙 🇪🇺 (@andywash) reported from Hackney, England

Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as I’m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! That’s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • TallSteveTV1
Tall Steve TV (@TallSteveTV1) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks

  • JRJUK
JR-J (@JRJUK) reported from East Ham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Im in the UK and the content filter issue started happening over the weekend So I tried logging into my account to turn it back off but I can't, tried on my phone and 2 different laptops If I use WiFi then it's fine but the Internet in my house is rubbish so I don't use it.

  • zeitgeistlondon
Brent A. Martin (@zeitgeistlondon) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport @shahriarsabet We've been having same 5G broadband problems in north London for the last week. What's going on Three? This is obviously a major issue on your hands. Does @Ofcom need informing?

  • Welshinldn
Welshinldn (@Welshinldn) reported from Walthamstow, England

@ThreeUKSupport My phone service has been suspended even though my bill is wrong, you’ve admitted it’s wrong, I’ve contacted you twenty times in the last 2 weeks and you still haven’t sorted it. Unbelievable incompetence

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England

@three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

  • darthteddy

  • tomtilly28
Adam Dack (@tomtilly28) reported from Walthamstow, England

Seriously getting the **** now why do I pay so much for such crap internet @ThreeUK if it wasn’t for @ChelseaFC would have been gone by now #poor

  • kmamoyeed
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, England

Since I reported the problem, I was advised by @ThreeUK that a complaint has been raised which is another way of kicking it into the long grass. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.

  • stormhasgone
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport I accepted the credit but no idea if that closed the complaint or not

  • Welshinldn

  • kmamoyeed
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, England

I have been having a terrible service from @ThreeUK. There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. I have raised it with @ThreeUK.

  • MasterSystom
Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.

  • UKGeocacher
geocaching.uk (@UKGeocacher) reported from City of London, England

Recently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and it’s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

  • LeighRegan73
Leigh Regan (@LeighRegan73) reported from Romford, England

@ThreeUKSupport thank you so much for setting your debt collectors on me with no communication whatsoever. Lovely customer service. Looking forward to moving to another supplier when my contract ends #poorservice

  • morpheu5

  • NessaRM
Manesha (@NessaRM) reported from Eltham, England

@ThreeUK you guys need to get a better customer service team. Why am I having to pay for a service that is not being used. A mistake that @ThreeUK did yet nobody knows how to solve the problem or even admiring fault.

  • desouzadennis1
Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Ilford, England

@ThreeUK pathetic store customer service at Ilford Exchange Mall store, I was told to port in to your network leaving Lyca I order to get a phone contract, was switched to sin contract and was told to visit you after 5 months of payments and now they say wait for another one year

congrats to @threeuk for finally working out how to send an emergency alert, ten minutes after every other network, then sending it again two minutes later to be sure. it’s a start, lads. might be funny to hear of nuclear apocalypse ten minutes after i’ve already been vaporised

  • FoxRunTime
    jay.fox  (@FoxRunTime) reported

see that signal strength? still better than @ThreeUK!

  • coveragechecker
    CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported

@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.

  • xSpecialxst
    xSpecialxst (@xSpecialxst) reported

@phoenixmcx @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had no signal at all for 30 mins it’s just come Back now 😔

  • playwriter_guy
    Playwriter Guy (@playwriter_guy) reported

@ThreeUK @RoyalMail I have been a customer of Three for as long as I can remember and I have never been treated with this much disrespect over £55. I value honesty and transparency and so far Three have been very dishonest. I will pay off my contract early so I can leave this terrible company.

  • Monetization26
    Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported

Hello. I'm currently a Three customer. I bought a physical SIM card the US. The SIM card is activated and registered with T-Mobile. after doing research myself it appears that the VoLTE provision is switched off on your end. Please advise and help me @ThreeUKSupport

  • GayToryJon
    Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why do you make it so difficult to do anything online?? Sorting out my upgrade, having been a contract customer for nearly 22 years and it kept going wrong. So I spoke to someone on chat and seemed all good until the chat disappeared on me

  • richardwadams
    Richard Adams (@richardwadams) reported

@paullewismoney It should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. My best example was @ThreeUKSupport. I had to print out a form and post it to them. A telecommunications company. It beggared belief. They of course denied ever receiving it.
