Latest outage, problems and issue reports in East Ham and nearby locations:
-
Kelly 💙 (@JustKellyC) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport internet has gone down everyday this week, was assured yesterday this would be sorted, now has gone again, what is going on?!
-
Tall Steve TV (@TallSteveTV1) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks
-
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a £35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesn’t make up for 2 years of intermittent service
-
dj profile (@djprofile) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK network has disappointing customer not happy with the way I've been treated 😡🤬
-
Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England@ThreeUK I tell you that the signal/coverage is so rubbish at E178SN on both 3G&4G
-
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, EnglandSince I reported the problem, I was advised by @ThreeUK that a complaint has been raised which is another way of kicking it into the long grass. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.
-
Paul (@pauljamestailor) reported from Ilford, England@ThreeUKSupport It's been this bad since I joined 2+ years ago, had many talks with your team. You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal
-
Ice.reef Ⓥ (@Ice_Speedway) reported from Stratford, England@ThreeUKSupport I have had a cross next to my reception all day. Trying to do work here and can't make or receive any calls. Can you please help as this is ridiculous.
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England@three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!
-
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, EnglandDefinitely changing from @ThreeUK when my contract ends. My 4G barely ever works on my bus to work despite having full signal. I complain to them and they’re like “oh you could upgrade early and maybe that will give you better service” like ???
-
Imran Maqbool (@i_maq) reported from Hackney, EnglandI've been offered £5 off my phone bill to stay even though I've paid over £1,000 to @ThreeUK over the last 4 years for a barely functioning service being lied to that they'll fix the area faults...
-

-
caddyshack (@CaddyTHFC) reported from Poplar, England@ThreeUK considering your 5G connection is so shocking and a lot worse than your 4G. Does this mean I’m able to cancel my contract as you are not providing me with adequate 5G service?
-
Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.
-
Manesha (@NessaRM) reported from Eltham, England@ThreeUK I have been calling since 1pm you guys need to sort this problem out instead of constantly cutting the call
-
Tom Gilchrist 🍂🎆🎇 (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Also I'm talking about 5G Broadband so would imagine 3G congestion shouldn't be an issue 👀
-
Chrissy Darling (@chrissydarling) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK Hi, I was charged for a SIM card I never had and the records show I never used. Your complaints department are refusing to refund my money. They said I never cancelled within 14 days. I have told them I never had the contract in the first place! Disgraceful!
-
Imran Maqbool (@i_maq) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport I need to hear what form of compensation will be available to me before I leave for a functioning network. @Three_Is_Broken

Champersq 🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧 (@Champersq1) reported@Benleo If you think that they’re bad, you haven’t tried @ThreeUK. I sometimes wake at 4am and cannot use the internet, I think I’ve cracked it and then it starts to buffer again 🤬

Hatter (@hatterscrypto) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.
