    @Ofcom @ThreeUK have basically abandoned their customers in large cities and their 4g network is basically gone. They keep telling us it’s our phones. Or it’s just busy. But it’s been poor to non existent for four months solid - it was perfect before four months ago.

    @8lettersuk @ThreeUK I cancelled Three after being properly evangelical about them for years: two issues bugged me they seem to rely on other people’s cells in central London many of which have long term faults and issues with billing, not being able to streamline the couple of accounts billing dates

    @ThreeUKSupport The thing is. I can handle a short period of poor service if you guys were honest and upfront about the whole situation from the start rather than trying to convince everyone it’s their device that’s at fault and denying there is a citywide problem.

    Definitely looking to come of @ThreeUK I’m fed up of bad internet. I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been with three for 5y and always had problems with my signal, data, etc. I have an unlimited data plan but it looks more like it is limited. It's quite hard to do anything since I only have my data to work with, no wifi......

    @ThreeUKSupport I managed to cancel the contract, but it took over 30 minutes & pushy sales to try & buy another plan which didn't make sense as I had explained I don't use it so why would I want another plan. Also, neither of the two customer service phone numbers worked when I tried to call.

    @ThreeUKSupport since updating to iOS 15.4 I’ve been unable to use my mobile data which is a pain as I don’t pay for Wi-Fi with having an unlimited data plan. Can’t even check the network checker as even on a friends Wi-Fi page is down!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s bad data on both my phone and my Mifi. Video calls are impossible. FaceTime makes me look like a pixelated mess. I’m trying to WFH but it’s hopeless. Costing me a fortune in Starbucks. I pay for two data SIMs and unlimited data on iPhone - pointless.
