    @ThreeUKSupport It's been this bad since I joined 2+ years ago, had many talks with your team. You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal

    3rd day of w/o network, and no one picking up at customer service. Seems @ThreeUK don’t care about their pay-as-you-go customers. 100GB pack seemed too good to be true and turned out ...it is!

    My mum received a phone upgrade with Three last month. She now has a Samsung A51. From day 1 her phone always cuts off during phone calls. We asked three for a replacement and was told no! Why give my mum a defective phone and not help replace it !?!? @ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK

    Definitely changing from @ThreeUK when my contract ends. My 4G barely ever works on my bus to work despite having full signal. I complain to them and they’re like “oh you could upgrade early and maybe that will give you better service” like ???

    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a £35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesn’t make up for 2 years of intermittent service

    @ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, I spoke to Sana on live chat who has checked all this for me and noted congestion at E10 7NE with improvements being made by 4/10. However I’ve gone almost 2 years with this issue and am not willing to pay any more money

    @gareththomas54 Yeah, that is a crap excuse really isn’t it. Plus, if I was marketing director at @ThreeUK & REALLY wanted the logo removed, I’m sure I could find the budget to pay for Chelsea to have some Three-less shirts done. They’re obvs not that arsed and it was just virtue signalling.

    Hi @ThreeUK is there anyway I can actually speak to someone? I've been trying for over an hour and literally every option available takes you to an automated reply, none of which help. Really simple query will only take a minute, just need to talk to someone, anything you can do?

    Don’t ever try cancelling a contract with @ThreeUK you’ll still be trying to cancel it months later. 4 emails sent to proofs and all you get is - wait 5 days for a reply. I sent the initial email in February, again in March and again in April x2..calling them doesn’t help either!
