Guy Armitage (@guyarmitage) reported from Lambeth, England. @ThreeUK do your agents have access to unencrypted passwords for your customers? -
Baz (@49_timelessness) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!
