We asked three for a replacement and was told no! Why give my mum a defective phone and not help replace it !?!? @ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK

I have been over charge and decided to cancelled my two contracts with you guys. I was promised that once I returned the two handsets I will get a refund!

Still the problems remain.

Not helpful when you haven't been to the place before & don't know where you're going & have no data/maps hotel wifi works but what about outside that.

It’s the only downside of where I work. Its just very annoying not being able to use my phone on my breaks.

No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.
