    Absolutely sick to death with @ThreeUK home broadband, amazing when we took it then as soon as 3 months passed it's been so poor and inconsistent we've had to take out extra data on our ee mobile packages in order to work and watch tv. Complaint incoming, we've had ENOUGH. ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    @ThreeUK your network is pathetic and horrible, in a place like Stratford Westfield I donโ€™t get proper reception, just a rip off you guys are. I was made to leave lyca and coke to you by your cc at the store and now that person is just disappeared from the store. Not helpful

    @three_broadband @ThreeUK Is it fair to say that once it does, Iโ€™ll get exactly the same speeds as I get today? Iโ€™m just so confused by this approach, why not just keep things as they are? Totally perplexing from a customer perspective.

    @ThreeUKSupport just joined Three contract and switched my old number from Vodafone which should have taken place yesterday! Today I checked it hasnโ€™t happened yet - call Customer Service no one answer!!! What happened? I gave you the PAC code!

    @ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it โ€” but now Iโ€™m confused about the โ€œAdvanced Toolsโ€ reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasnโ€™t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    Once again @ThreeUK network is down. Every month this is happening. I asked to swap to normal from mobile broadband but was told I'd have to pay to get out of my contract but surely the amount of time your network is down you would offer to swap me for free!

    @_TeknoViking_ @ThreeUK I was worried! But happy now! I live in an awkward place with bad street access for traditional, its a faff, and the cheapest plan is like ยฃ25pm for 100Mbps

    @ThreeUK As your signal is getting consistently worse, we were pleased to find that we could use Vodafone when 3uk isn't working (most of the time where we are currently) however it says Vodafone is a forbidden network! Can you explain this please?

    I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.
