    @ThreeUKSupport hi there. I cannot use any data on my phone when I am located at work in EC4M 7AW despite phone saying I have a reasonably good 4G signal. Seems to be fine elsewhere in London though.

    @ThreeUK you are literally the most incompetent mobile network. I returned a home signal box to you on Dec 18th, have provided proof of this TWICE by email and you have still sent me a bill for £75. This is the second time your Norwich centre have lost a returned signal box

    Who else uses @ThreeUK in London? Is your internet as diabolical as mine? I’m a month into my contract and it’s consistently between ‘glacially, pre-3G slow’ and ‘no internet at all despite having signal bars’. At precisely no point has it been *anything like* 4G should be

    @ThreeUKSupport Displayed signal ranges from full bars to 1/4, but that’s no indication of whether I’ll actually have any internet. Often I can’t get a ping on four bars, or it’ll be grindingly slow (like, dial-up slow sometimes)
