@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

@LaurenVRhodes @ThreeUKSupport Okay, in that case, it sounds like it’s either a major congestion issue or there could be a local mast issue. If there is one particular postcode that’s affected, direct message it to them and they can look into it, or try resetting network settings to see if it helps.

@ThreeUKSupport We didn't get that far. First off he promised he was going to do some diagnostic tests that would get to the bottom of the problem then suddenly changed his tune and bailed saying ring back in the week from a 3 phone.

My dad has just closed all of his bank accounts (not an insubstantial amount) with a well known bank after 50 years as a customer due to their poor handling of the situation when we lost my mum.
