    Have to say hats off to @EE worked remotely today. Mostly remote sessions in weird places today. Tethered to the iPad Pro on the way home to watch films. No issue at all. @ThreeUK on the second line couldn’t even sync email for most of it.

    @ThreeUK Well I have to say your service has started to deteriorate to such a degree that it’s time to start looking to another provider. Even in central London 4G speeds are glacial. Roll on contract renewal time.

    @ThreeUKSupport The spelling error - first tried to resolve it online, but there's no path for that. Was told after phoning support that I can email an ID and it will be resolved. Did so, waited some days for a response. Then learned that they needed additional info (not mentioned), sent today.

    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately, it looks like the name issue remains unresolved. There was info needed which the phone support didn't mention, so I got an email response today asking for that, and then another automated response saying 'wait 5 more business days'. It's a pretty poor experience.

    @ThreeUK My experience with your service so far: Still unresolved issues with connectivity while traveling in Munich. Misspelled name, still not corrected after a phone call and email to support. We're under a month into the contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Phoned support. Got help with a separate issue (name misspelled when I registered via phone), then transferred. Details I gave the first support person weren't sent to next, & they weren't able to resolve. Did credit me for time without data. 🤞for my next trip I guess. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport That's incorrect. :) It seems like you didn't read the prior thread. I appreciate the support, but I've paid for services (and followed the instructions) - and they didn't work. Please let me know if the best path for resolution is to cancel my contract and find another provider.

    @ThreeUK You upgraded my account from £9 from £69 WITHOUT me requesting or agreeing with it. Apparently over the phone, however customer service won’t provide proof. This is a SCAM. we changed from O2 last year for the very same reason. Changing again.

    @Swim1965 @EE @O2 @ThreeUK Yeah the BT involvement with EE is a bit weird and twisted. They tried buying a couple of years back, but was refused. EE for me has always had the speed I want, no other network touches them speed wise, not ones I have used anyway.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes spoken to Xiaomi support and they stated three installed their own version of the MIUI ROM, so only three can provide updates. So please ask when updates will be released as I don’t want to expose my personal data because a security patch wasn’t installed. #securitymatters
