@ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

@ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

@DrLindaDykes @ThreeUK My Moto in 5g on Three is running at a fraction of what it was before they 'upgraded' it from 4g.. *esp* since the network 'improvements' last week! As soon as I can find a suitable replacement with better coverage I'll be moving: @ThreeUKSupport customer 'service' is lousy. :-/

@ThreeUKSupport Not had a resolution to my Broadband problem. Resolution i was given to having no working simcard for 2 weeks was dropping the additional charges incurred on said simcard due to an instore staffs mistake. no compensation for the down time. not good
