@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the £10 a month option but I've been put on a £15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.

£280 been taken from my partners account this morning from @ThreeUK for fraudulent phones in her name! Being told by some robot in Mumbai that there is nothing he can do and there is no manager in the UK we can talk to. So unhelpful! I WANT ACTION NOW OR SO W CANCEL 6 contracts

@ThreeUK I’m quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.

@ThreeUK can you explain why I cant ring out? Additionally, i had to use another phone (dif network) and while on that call, my phone (three) was ringing the other person even though my phone was off. Wtf? Is your network time in sync? Am i time travelling? Hu7 area.
