@ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

No proper customer service from @ThreeUK except being disconnected by operator on live chat. Data that doesn’t work for over few months does cause problems for everyone!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I did that. Except it takes 48 hours so I still can’t go and get this sorted. Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

@ThreeUK can someone explain why as a current customer I need to wait until 2/4 for my sim upgrade but if I was a new customer it would be done in hours? I had arranged a new sim but was told this was easier but it’s not!

@ThreeUKSupport Letter is dated 18th March and this issue has been ongoing since 13th Dec21! I've called 20th Feb and again yesterday and all I am told is don't worry. Each time a new person raises a new case and can't answer why the old case hasn't yet been resolved. So frustrating
