@ThreeUKSupport Hi so I got through but they couldn't tell me what the problem was or how to fix it but there is some sort of problem in my area. I've been refunded 1 months service but without a resolution I will most likely have to switch to someone else.

Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

In an age of customer support @ThreeUK (@threeuksupport) are from a bygone era. Amongst their many faults, they don't answer the phone. There are people on the live chat but they don't do anything except placate you. If you're on the hunt for a mobile provider, look elsewhere.
