Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK This is what happens when companies like @ThreeUK put cost saving before customer service. They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.
-
Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Stratford, England@ThreeUK I REGRET switching to your network from @LycamobileUK , your reception is really bad- not getting network in a place like Westfield Stratford is really a big shame on you

-
Tom Gilchrist πππ (@MasterSystom) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.
-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport There are 3 screenshots. One blatantly states problem with network with the 4G sign in the corner. Iβll try the live chat again for about the 100th time but Iβm getting fed up of going between pillar and post and getting nowhere
-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it β but now Iβm confused about the βAdvanced Toolsβ reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasnβt one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.

-

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
Siya (@siyabuilt) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK bro I had the EXACT same thing happen to me with my Swiss provider, I call em up and they tell me "we don't have you as a customer in the system"
-
ΩΨ§Ω ΩΩ (@heyitskamil_) reported@FoxRunTime @skylermzx @ThreeUK Does it not depend on where you are? Thatβs usually how it is with mobile broadband/mobile service providers
-

-
Jeremy Goff #RejoinEU #FBPE #PRT (@Jerry83560) reportedTried to help a friend modify his @ThreeUK tariff, found the >Β£290 one-off exit fee outrageous. He's happy to stay, just wanted to modify. Guess what he'll do when contract ends?
-
Chris Muktar (@chrismuktar) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I never had this problem, at least on a business contract with Three.
-
πππππ πππππ (@P_L_M97) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now Iβm lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous
-
naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when Iβm driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years Iβm not very happy
