  @ThreeUKSupport someone has opened an account using my name and address, I’ve called the helpline and just kept getting told the account will be investigated, when asked are you shutting the account down the person at the other end kept saying the same thing, can you shut this!!

  Absolutely disgusting customer services from @ThreeUK this past week. Son’s pay as you go sim has been blocked 3 times. Each time I’ve contacted & been promised reconnection within 24 hrs. Each time it’s taken longer. Unblock team doesn’t work weekends.
