  • i_maq
Imran Maqbool (@i_maq) reported from Hackney, England

I've been offered £5 off my phone bill to stay even though I've paid over £1,000 to @ThreeUK over the last 4 years for a barely functioning service being lied to that they'll fix the area faults...

  • JetsetSusan
Susan Elizabeth (@JetsetSusan) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Ever since 5G, I’m not getting cell phone service in my apartment. Is this normal?

  • JohnGregory0532
John Gregory🇬🇧 (@JohnGregory0532) reported from Broxbourne District, England

Seems I'll be upgrading to another Huawei mobile from @ThreeUK as Samsung has let me down once again on it's performance

  • Jimmyavenger
Jimmyavenger 🇪🇺 (@Jimmyavenger) reported from Tottenham, England

Absolutely sick to death with @ThreeUK home broadband, amazing when we took it then as soon as 3 months passed it's been so poor and inconsistent we've had to take out extra data on our ee mobile packages in order to work and watch tv. Complaint incoming, we've had ENOUGH. 🤬🤬🤬

  • kmamoyeed
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Stratford, England

I have been having a terrible service from @ThreeUK. There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. I have raised it with @ThreeUK.

  • Hempomatt
Matty (@Hempomatt) reported from Hackney, England

@Just_Zills @JeffreyDeontay Will have to watch later mate. I’m with @ThreeUK and evidently their network coverage is awful

  • stormhasgone
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a £35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesn’t make up for 2 years of intermittent service

  • i_maq
Imran Maqbool (@i_maq) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport I need to hear what form of compensation will be available to me before I leave for a functioning network. @Three_Is_Broken

  • desouzadennis1
Dennis De Souza (@desouzadennis1) reported from Ilford, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage. But come n see urself

  • shanecollinsman
Shane Collins (@shanecollinsman) reported from Islington, England

What is the point of having lots of data if your coverage is so bad in LONDON 🤮 @ThreeUK

  • Dazza_Flatt
Darren Flatt (@Dazza_Flatt) reported from Loughton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have a complaint open but no one seems to be interested in resolving the issue. Don't know if you can help? I received an email with options to renew my contract. The option I choose was 12gb for £10 a month for 12 months. However I am now being... 1/2

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Any issues in EC1M? Not getting any internet at all.

  • pauljamestailor
Paul (@pauljamestailor) reported from Ilford, England

@ThreeUKSupport It's RM8 it's fixed now and I'm back to my normal 'full' but slow connection. I'm just hoping you launch 5G soon as 4G in this area is just so poor but you know that and nothing you can, or will do, can fix it.

  • duffbeer3107
Daniel Ross (@duffbeer3107) reported from Romford, England

It’s goodbye to @ThreeUK you lost a loyal customer with one price hike too much, and Hello @tescomobile same contract I was on before but at the price I paid 4 years ago, with a bonus of upping my monthly data to 250gb for a year, was a no brainer to switch

  • HarrisonKent1
Harrison (@HarrisonKent1) reported from Loughton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m getting poor signal in IG103TN. Would normally get full 3G and then the occasional bar of 4G but I’m only getting 1 bar of 4G today

  • gg1613gon
GG (@gg1613gon) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport After trying online to cancel my contract (which didn’t work) on the 21st September I phoned you and after 25 minutes waiting finally spoke with you, asked to cancel the contract and was told it was cancelled.

  • whiterosetyke
Keyth (@whiterosetyke) reported from Islington, England

One day left of @ThreeUKSupport 5G broadband and lack of service for over 10 weeks now. Sky broadband comes tomorrow and Three are going to receive that box back in a million pieces. (Well definitely if I send with Hermes) @Ofcom avoid avoid avoid. #broadband

  • andywash
Andy Washington 💙 🇪🇺 (@andywash) reported from Hackney, England

Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as I’m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! That’s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • TallSteveTV1
Tall Steve TV (@TallSteveTV1) reported from Stratford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

  • JRJUK
JR-J (@JRJUK) reported from East Ham, England

@ThreeUKSupport @chelsduckw0rth Getting the same issue

  • grego76525
    DAVID GREGORY KERR (@grego76525) reported

@ThreeUKSupport it is like a nightmare when cards have to be updated and details have to be passed to service providers but I hope this solves any problems

  • Gary_Kilroy
    Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reported

I'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

  • Stuart61838784
    Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported

@ThreeUK Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not,

  • romeocln
    CRoM (@romeocln) reported

I moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London

  • HavocAgain
    Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reported

It's only fair that I say thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for getting service in Worcester back to something like normal(ish) after nearly a week of disruption. Although it would have been nice to have some form of communication about what was happening and why. @tomcollinsworcs

  • Dalanamz
    Mahégal (@Dalanamz) reported

I've messaged several times to cancel and still nothing has been done @ThreeUKSupport

  • birminghamandy
    AndrewBirmingham (@birminghamandy) reported

@VictoriaHa50399 Probably @vodafone again, all of Europe should stop using them because basically if you're a VF or @ThreeUK customer then YOUR contract is paying to give these ******* free phones, starve them of the revenue to do so.

  • JulieOutrageous
    Taylor✌️ (@JulieOutrageous) reported

@KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there

  • liarpoliticianz
Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticianz) reported

@Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
