    @ThreeUKSupport Thank u for your reply Jen. It is not my phone... it is my relish. Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

    @ThreeUKSupport My dad suffered a major stroke on 3/4/22. Unable to now work i called up three on his behalf (im an authorised contact) to ask for a discount on his monthly bill as he was mid contract. 30 days later his phone gets cut off and the customer service reps have not helped to rectify

    @ThreeUK day 11 since filing claim for mobile stolen out of my hand male on motorbike outside a London hospital. Police viewed cctv the theft was captured. Despite chasing square trading insurance I was told to be patient and someone will be in touch. Shambolic customer service
