    Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as Iโ€™m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! Thatโ€™s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Whatโ€™s going on? I have submitted a formal complaint. I no longer have home broadband and now I receive this! From Three: Your Mobile Broadband account is overdue which means your services will be suspended if there's no payment made.

    @ThreeUKSupport After trying online to cancel my contract (which didnโ€™t work) on the 21st September I phoned you and after 25 minutes waiting finally spoke with you, asked to cancel the contract and was told it was cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's RM8 it's fixed now and I'm back to my normal 'full' but slow connection. I'm just hoping you launch 5G soon as 4G in this area is just so poor but you know that and nothing you can, or will do, can fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to them already, they are unsure why this has happened as they never have issues in store online purchases. Iโ€™m more concerned about putting in a complaint about this whole ordeal.

    @sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (ยฃ31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

    @AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK This is what happens when companies like @ThreeUK put cost saving before customer service. They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. Iโ€™ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.

    Why the f is the @ThreeUK 4g and 5g signal so bad? 8 feel like I'm living in the 90s here. I have 5g 3/4 signal, and it's taking 45 seconds to do a basic Google search. It's a joke. I'll be switching to Lebara I think. Been with you for 23 years. Literally since I was 15.

    @ThreeUK How do you make a complaint? Little to no internet/phone service at home for 18 months. Chat is useless. Stores are no help! Sent a letter to the complaints team they write back telling you to go on the usless chat!! Appalling customer service.
