Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭

When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didn’t pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)
