    Currently bring past from pillar to post with @ThreeUK. All I want is a refund today. Customer service is less than poor. I have spent hours on the phone and in live chats in the last 4 weeks. Today's example my chat started about 11:50 for about 2 hours call 25 mins and counting

    @ThreeUKSupport @alstewart68 Hello, Three's policy is to deliberately withhold outage info from the status checker, for PR reasons - I've had this confirmed by higher-level support. You can get a % of costs back each month (as I do, for 6 months' disrupted service, ongoing).
