    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did this all earlier with your customer support and was told I had two choices, wait until 09/21 or buy out my contract. Sooo again paying for something that doesn’t work.

    @ThreeUKSupport I would bet my life on it that you can’t help! This has been ongoing for over 2 months! There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @Dragon2611 @ThreeUK At the moment it ends up being bonded multi-sim camerabacks just to get usable upstream because you need so much FEC. WMT, LiveU etc. It rules out using actual phones or tablets for serious quality live links though, and also eliminates using any single SIM solution via dongle.

    @ThreeUKSupport why the holy heck have you made it so when you’re in logging into the three app, and you get text the code to enter - If you leave the app it takes you back to the login. So you can’t enter the code. Just keeps texting a new one. Stupid design.

It is concerning that for two months the data is going to be compromised because of constructions or whatever, until the 7th June in my area. I was offered one solution and him another. Screenshots
