    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    2/3 It's clear that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport haven't put enough measures to protect customers against this scam as I've seen numerous complaints online. Customers have been exposed & are paying £40 for a "service" they've neither subscribed nor are aware of. cc @Payforit_Sucks
