    @ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did that. Except it takes 48 hours so I still can’t go and get this sorted. Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ridiculous when you think I’ve been a customer for over 9 years, have recommended @ThreeUK to so many people, got all my family using you and have a second contract with you. Customer service has really gone downhill since I first joined 👎

    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

    @ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere

    @ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Sg1 and I have tried using 3G and 4G however it’s just extremely slow or doesn’t load at all. All the setting on my phone are correct from what your website states it’s just becoming a problem. And I would like it resolved please

    @ThreeUK think their smart. First you don’t tell me there’s a charge when you cancel the direct debit and next your saying that you have record of the agent crediting my bill .... basically calling me a liar... that’s nice

    @ThreeUKSupport So I go onto live chat AGAIN to query it and finally resolve it. But this is just awful customer service. I had big problems with you guys a few years ago too. I’m half expecting to be charged both £13 and £10 this month due to errors now

    @ThreeUK I have been trying to contact 3 without success to report a slow down on mobile data for over a month now. I have been paying for a service which I cannot avail of. Even your online chat is not very helpful.
