@ThreeUKSupport It was an upgrade that I requested due to a broken phone. The signal with Three is so bad so they offered me £50 off the early upgrade fee and the person on chat offered me a deal for the iPhone 12 pro Max, 256gb for £68 a month and no upfront cost which wasn’t written in notes!

So are still trying to charge me for th 2 accounts! Debt collectors and everything is happening. It has been awful .My advice, don't do it!
