@ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

The audacity of these guys that handles @ThreeUK customer service call centres irks me. Talk over you like they’re the one making the payment for you, ridiculous company and service. Utmost disregard of customer value and retention.

@three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

@ThreeUKSupport She had a problem with her Samsung tablet - the screen won’t stay active long enough to do anything. There’s a password that she didn’t add.She was told she must have added it (screen won’t stay on so not possible!), and was given the address (no number/email) for Samsung.
