@ThreeUKSupport Yeah, sorry; I'll still buy the Huawei P30 Pro from @ThreeUK and get the GT from Amazon. In dire need of a new phone/Fitbit....you really should take that bundle "deal" down. Unfair practice to run people around, then try to force another bundle on them. Estate agency tactics.

@ThreeUK full signal but nothing is loading in #FinsburyPark. No way to find which bus to take. Calling 333, verified and asked be verified again. Asking me my bank about no. No internet to visit my app. Just asking about the signal in the area. They couldn’t help me and hang up.

@ThreeUKSupport This is a day too late. Meanwhile because of poor internet reception to central #London (#kingscross, #embankment and my area #FinsburyPark) I am switching to a different provider at the end of this month when my contract expires so I can resolve this situation.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply, but 6pm which day - as I'm still seeing terrible speeds and lots of buffering happening here. Used to see speeds in the mid 20s regularly, and now I'm seeing low single digits and sometimes in the kbps. Sure there's no throttling happening?

@ThreeUKSupport just signed up to the 5G broadband hub and not impressed, only Apple devices get ANY upload speed, PS5, Laptop and Samsung phones get 0, upstairs TV won't stream Netflix, just hangs, support just blame the devices yet they are fine on existing Virgin hub?
