    @ThreeUK I’m quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.

    @ThreeUK you really do need to sort your customer service. 2 days & 2 hrs 11 mins & speaking to 7 different ppl later I don’t have a resolution. Why won’t you match my new BB deal to that of my friends, £17 5G 24 months? I’m trying to add an additional contract #3isrubbidh

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, and been trying to sort things out since the 15th of Feb 2021. But now they are avoiding me and hanging up on me. They were two devices iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb I upgraded no upfront cost LY, and an iPhone 12 mini this year, with an upfront cost of £29.

    @ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this won’t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I was with three mobile for over 4 Years, and have been presenting issued not only with the service but with my bills. I have been over charge and decided to cancelled my two contracts with you guys. I was promised that once I returned the two handsets I will get a refund!

    @ThreeUK So bizarrely my iPhone 11 has been blocked by you on the Global IMEI database and I’m not even a customer of yours. I’m currently with BT/EE. Any chance someone could contact me as I’ve visited one of your shops, and made several phonecalls and nobody knows how to fix it

    @ThreeUKSupport I have cancelled the upgrade and was able to get help in store. It was an iPhone 12 256 with AirPods. I have managed to sort another upgrade with the in store team. I am very disappointed with the online and telephone advisors, and have lost 2 days work waiting for deliveries.

    @ThreeUK I am currently getting broadband data speeds of 0.2 mB/sec or less in SE7 area. All steaming is impossible. Please let me know if there is a problem with your 4G masts serving this area. Thanks
