I’ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

@ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.

@ThreeUKSupport since updating to iOS 15.4 I’ve been unable to use my mobile data which is a pain as I don’t pay for Wi-Fi with having an unlimited data plan. Can’t even check the network checker as even on a friends Wi-Fi page is down!

@daniel_lc123 @ThreeUKSupport I had exactly the same email, sad to lose such a good thing. Three network is rubbish where I live but Go Roam made it worth it. Contacted retention before cancellation, nothing possible. I'll move to Lebara through MSE, first 5 months 1.99 with 5gb with roaming. That's a deal.
