Switch games that don't use the online service like #fortnite or #PaladinsGame work fine but this #NATTypeD issue cripples online!

There isn’t a spot in London where a data connection can be maintained. I’d be happy with 15mb if it was reliable and available. Instead you sell a fairytale.

I’m stuck though as there is no other provider where I live and fixed broadband isn’t possible even though it’s central London (heritage area so no digging)

He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

Just saying nobody has to stay in a broken contract if they don’t want to. I’d suggest speaking to EE. They have a new u limited contract and you can just pop their sim in a 4g router.

No formal complaint has been made but to be honest, from experience, I'm not sure I'd get a response other than "we'll be in touch"
