Paula Griffin 🏳️‍⚧️ 💙💖🤍💖💙 (@Paula_Griffin65) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUK @ChelseaFCW @ChelseaFC Thanks for your help on that. Shame an alternative date couldn’t be arranged but unfortunately my surgery cannot be postponed.

  • R5Latvia
Rihards (@R5Latvia) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport hello! I have had problems removing the parental control from my account for months, I have an UK credit card, which should prove that i am already over 18 more than enough, but it gets declined all the time:/

  • R_J_B
R_J_B_11 (@R_J_B) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

  • stevekennedyuk
Steve Karmeinsky (@stevekennedyuk) reported from Camden Town, England

    @ThreeUKSupport Rebooted, network off/on :(

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England

@three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.

  • BenFisherCT
Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England

@efjaebe @ThreeUK EE customers have issues too. All networks have problems in dense areas where a lot of users are demanding higher levels of data than ever before.

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@three_broadband Are you guys shutting down? I’ve been told my Broadband will cease in October and to move over to @ThreeUK. Will I get the same 5G speeds?

  • r_condy
Ryan (@r_condy) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever had to deal with. Please do not use them 😭 absolutely horrific.

  • beatriceforme
    🙈🍹Beatrice Formenton🇮🇹🇬🇧 (@beatriceforme) reported from London, England

Let’s talk about how **** @ThreeUK is in central London pls😤😤😤

  • ragwhos
Raghunath S Iyengar (@ragwhos) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your help. I'll try tomorrow. Like I said I don't trust the IVR I got to today, but I've made a payment just in case and it did it has accepted it. I hope you could check it

  • Ben_Murray
Ben Murray (@Ben_Murray) reported from London, England

@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

  • Brunts1980
Nickle Arse (@Brunts1980) reported from City of London, England

@ThreeUK Well im still waiting an update on my official complaint

  • DrunkRes
Mark M (@DrunkRes) reported from Camden Town, England

@PhillWPE @stephpb @ThreeUKSupport When I was on my iPhone I used to leave it on 3g a lot. During lockdown didn't have this issue. Three obviously have capacity issues in Camden / KT area.

  • JustKellyC
Kelly 💙 (@JustKellyC) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport internet has gone down everyday this week, was assured yesterday this would be sorted, now has gone again, what is going on?!

  • MrJGTodd
James Todd (@MrJGTodd) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport loads of people are tweeting at the same time that your network is down in various locations and you need to queue to visit the service status page. Can you confirm if there's a nationwide outage? Its looking silly that you're denying it.

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England

@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

  • Akashmultani_77
Akash Multani (@Akashmultani_77) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK your network is going really bad in these days we are not going with this **** network 😒

  • DrunkRes
Mark M (@DrunkRes) reported from Camden Town, England

@p_may @ThreeUK Well I did go into my app and realise I’m over on my minutes. Damn having to call the hospital etc. Must remember to use my work phone. 🤣

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • P_L_M97
    𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

  • andrejpwalker
    André Walker (@andrejpwalker) reported

I’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.

  • grego76525
    DAVID GREGORY KERR (@grego76525) reported

@ThreeUKSupport it is like a nightmare when cards have to be updated and details have to be passed to service providers but I hope this solves any problems

  • josephsinyor
    Joseph Sinyor (@josephsinyor) reported

@ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.

  • Stuart61838784
    Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not

  • ivanrosadev
    ivan (@ivanrosadev) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK wtf that’s an insane thing to do with so many important things relying on 2fa via sms, which by the way I hate

  • birminghamandy
    AndrewBirmingham (@birminghamandy) reported

@VictoriaHa50399 Probably @vodafone again, all of Europe should stop using them because basically if you're a VF or @ThreeUK customer then YOUR contract is paying to give these ******* free phones, starve them of the revenue to do so.

  • satheeshvad
    Satheeshkumar Rajendran Ph.D (@satheeshvad) reported

@ThreeUK Hi three, without any notification, my number has been discontinued because I'm abroad, but I paid some of the months. Before I left the country, I asked your team; they said it was not possible to terminate, and now, without any notification, the number is not in use.

  • xeode
    Milber Jinslade (@xeode) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK known people with a uk number out of the uk for years, wonder when this policy started, or they just wanted an excuse to cancel your account?
