    @ThreeUK am seriously losing patience with appalling mobile signal. Yet again neither 4G or 3G working in London - by London Bridge. And do NOT blame the fact it is busy - that has been the case since before mobiles were invented. #NoServiceHere #NoSignalHere

    @ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did that. Except it takes 48 hours so I still can’t go and get this sorted. Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ridiculous when you think I’ve been a customer for over 9 years, have recommended @ThreeUK to so many people, got all my family using you and have a second contract with you. Customer service has really gone downhill since I first joined 👎

    @ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

    Come home to find out that the modem I returned to @ThreeUK store in arndale two months ago was never returned and going to kept Getting charged for an account I don’t use, I spoke to three already about this and assured it was taken care off.

Just to be told by staff to ring on my phone instead of there’s to be told by customer service speak to store manager about this, she’s too busy so tells the advisor to go on chat bot, what kind of help are ye, ye can pay for my fone bill

    @TrueFarnz @KristenSousa @ThreeUK Nothing about o2 is unified other than the desire to ensure data is as bad as possible. But again, I doubt Three has any VVM - it’s another overhead it doesn’t see any value in offering.
