    @ThreeUK you guys need to get a better customer service team. Why am I having to pay for a service that is not being used. A mistake that @ThreeUK did yet nobody knows how to solve the problem or even admiring fault.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

    I suggest you change your brand to WINDOW-MOBILE, @ThreeUK. Because windowside is the only place where your network can actually work. I haven't seen a house where @ThreeUK users can enjoy a phone call on a couch or a chair.

    @ThreeUKSupport WiFi calling works when my broadband is working. Its such a shame about the Three signal. I pay over £100 a month for my three accounts and not really sure what to do. As I said I've never had issues until moving house.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a contract with you that I do not use. I don’t know the number, but it comes out of my account every month. I’ve tried many many times via phone, email and live chat and nobody is able to help me cancel it. It’s costing me £35 a month ! Can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport Very bad 4G service in London N17 are, has been since Dec 2020, numerous calls to customer service and change of the SIM not resolving the issue. Just been advised by Three Customer service to move to another provider! Shocking!

    @ThreeUK iPhone 12 unlimited everything contract: £49upfront+£55pm On @MPD_Online the exact same contract with Three, £49uf+£43pm Yet 3 unable to price-match for an existing customer because 'the deal on Mobilephonesdirect doesn't link back to three's website'. 😔 Pain.

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Why is 4G constantly slow during the day? Postcode G73. Not my kit. Like this for months. Could accept issues last year, but getting worse. Impacting home working. Avg speed night 18Mb, daytime drops to under 1Mb. Avg 5Mb. Have 4G EE phone and no issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport @O2 my account doesn't show up any more when I log in to you. The switch never happened on the Monday and three said the code had not been processed and suddenly on WEDNESDAY it has been. This makes no sense. If the code wasn't processed and my phone was working yesterday.
