In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.
-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUK @katebevan Amazing. Haven’t been able to get a decent 4g signal since last year and @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK just ignore it. Still put their prices up this month though. Classy.

Niara (@kneeara) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.
-
Andrew Mullinger (@mullinger) reported from City of London, England@ThreeUKSupport Ie the credit file record. They said they don’t believe it was fraud but why would I lie?! I’ve contacted Robert your CEO and he’s looking into it for me. Afraid customer protection team didn’t do well :(
-
Jenny Chu (@Jenny_Chu_) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport 5g service out for 48 hours and counting in EC1 when will this get fixed? This is unacceptable, I’ve never had an outage this long before. Will you be crediting my account for the disruption?

🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.
-
Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported@coveragechecker @ThreeUK Nah no favours I could call in but then I would want everyone to get good signal and at least something decent lol ah the masts they were a good thing, at least you get some really good stuff lol

-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
PokéMalarkey (@PokeMalarkeyUK) reportedI am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport
-
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported@ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out I’ll be leaving when my contract is up
