-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUK That’s great. You’ve even given new phones to non 3 customers. Now how about answering the concerns of customers that have been with you years and are having issues with your network since October.
-
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@OliversSherbs @ThreeUKSupport They’ll blame your handset or sim and ignore the fact that their signal is virtually non existent in most of the country.
-
♡leah (@leaaCastle) reported from Islington, EnglandMy advice for today would be. Never get a phone contract with @ThreeUK
-
C (@CB_XIIIXVI) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport Your connection is shit, your customer service is shit and your pricing is shit. If there’s any way to transfer my contract to EE tell me, I beg. Constantly having to put my phone on airplane mode and back to get internet is tiring.
-
Ben Murray (@Ben_Murray) reported from London, England@ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?
-
Caracasflat (@caracasflat) reported from London, England@ThreeUKSupport Not really, I restarted my phone a couple of times yesterday and today and nothing. Just 2 little signal bars... 😕
-
Keron Proverbs (@KeronProverbs) reported from London, England@ThreeUK, it's been 6 days, and 6 days soon, it will be 7. I feel you will lose customers and a lot of money cause you're clearly not prepared to have responsibility for humans. We live in a phone era. wtf I go to eat can't need to phone family I can't I need to support I can't
-
Mark M (@DrunkRes) reported from Camden Town, England@PhillWPE @stephpb @ThreeUKSupport When I was on my iPhone I used to leave it on 3g a lot. During lockdown didn't have this issue. Three obviously have capacity issues in Camden / KT area.
-
X2 (@KronosX81) reported from London, England@ThreeUK I am supposed to be getting clear 5G signal and coverage but I am barely getting 3G 😡 no matter the area I may be in during the day. If you can’t cope with 5G networking stop offering it until you’re competent to do so as it’s a f’g disgrace. Charging fortunes for 💩.
-
Jenny Chu (@Jenny_Chu_) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport 5g service out for 48 hours and counting in EC1 when will this get fixed? This is unacceptable, I’ve never had an outage this long before. Will you be crediting my account for the disruption?
-
𝕬𝖇𝖉𝖆𝖑𝖑𝖆𝖍 𝕯𝖆𝖓𝖐𝖔𝖋𝖆 (@Abdallahyd01) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUK I want to cancel my sim subscription.

-
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from City of London, England@three_broadband Are you guys shutting down? I’ve been told my Broadband will cease in October and to move over to @ThreeUK. Will I get the same 5G speeds?
-
lucy (@gothtropical) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport I restart my phone about 15 times a day and the signal just keeps dropping. It’s awful
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK Day 10 with NO service! No one contacted me on day 7 as advised and when I chased for an update I was told to wait a further 14 days! Tried to close my account via the app but it won’t allow me.
-
Rohit Kumar (@rohittkumarr28) reported@ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.
-
fox (@FoxRunTime) reported@applemusic when @threeuk has bad service (always) this is not permission to randomly skip songs while they're buffering
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
-
Stephen Lycitt (@stephenlycitt) reported@ThreeUK . Your customer service is extremely poor and processes very difficult to navigate!
-
'Name can't be blank' says x, so that's my name (@KMB193) reported@scampaboy @ThreeUK They are awful, and their agents can't help with anything. Told me to go in store, I asked what they can do, agent can't and just said that's my option!!!
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK If you are paying for the service, I don't see what reason the phone company has to cut you off. Find a local sim in the meantime.
-
DP9012 (@wiganath1932) reported@ThreeUK I have purchased a 60GB auto renew pack from you and am still being told that my balance is £0. This happened to me last month I am a rolling contract PAYG customer and last month you took £35 off me when I only wanted to top up £10. Can somebody please help? #three
-
Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reportedSo when will it happen? And your misleading tv add that your investing 11 billion in to the network yet you fail to say 4.3 billion of that is to buy @ThreeUK #ukmobilenetworks #vodaphoneUK
