    @AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK I spoke to @ThreeUKSupport on webchat this morning - same terrible experience of when I talked to them on the phone. They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, itโ€™s EN9 1UH my device is iPhone 12. I actually have to be upstairs to get any sort of signal strength with 4G. So currently unable to use my phone in my house unless Iโ€™m upstairs ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as Iโ€™m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! Thatโ€™s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport are a ******* joke! 2nd level complaint, 8 months without usable service and they offer me ยฃ5 credit on my ยฃ89 a month bill! I get dizzying speeds of 0.2mbs. Can hardly make a call. @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUK Hi, I was charged for a SIM card I never had and the records show I never used. Your complaints department are refusing to refund my money. They said I never cancelled within 14 days. I have told them I never had the contract in the first place! Disgraceful!

    If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

    @CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
