    @meddymadz @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @LukeShawWorcs Same thing here. I think they are overwhelmed by the scale of the problem and have zero f’s to give about how much of a bad effect this is having on peoples lives.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard exactly the same “hymn” - giving you my post ode is pointless - the network is broken and shamefully so. The network Is dishonest. The network I not fit for purpose in any city.

    @Jimmyavenger @PositiveLad @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Vodaphone have been issue less since I took them up in March. £22 a month for unlimited EU calls, texts and data (no cap) plus 500 US minutes and global roaming for free. Oh AND they threw in a years free subscription to either Spotify or now tv

    FYI - To post I had to tether to my partner's phone. She fortunately is on a decent network which has had no connectivity issues. Maybe I should move to @ThreeUK ... All joking aside can you sort out the maintenance it's been over a month as I said.

    @ThreeUKSupport You said I could cancel my contract at anytime as the service was so bad or I could wait for 5g. Now it’s here I’m told at first I’d have to pay £895. Then it was more like £395. I’m just stunned!

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @ThreeUKSupport The real thing is - scripted response aside - the three network has never been worse. There isn’t a spot in London where a data connection can be maintained. I’d be happy with 15mb if it was reliable and available. Instead you sell a fairytale.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

    Having just upgraded to the S22 Ultra, I decided to get my son his first contract phone in line with mine. I've been with @ThreeUK for about 13 years now, and apparently they're genuinely happy to dismiss a potential life long customer over £30. Kinda disappointed, honestly.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m in a different area now and there’s still an issue. I’ve been in 5 different areas in the past 2 weeks and the data works around half the time. So forgive me if I can’t be bothered calling you guys every 2 seconds

    @ThreeUK your app is terrible. My partner & I both had your app on our phones but every time we tried to log in, apparently our passwords were wrong. When we tried to change our passwords we got told we needed WiFi.
