@ThreeUKSupport Pretty much everywhere I go, my postcode is N16 5PF but it’s particularly bad around the Manor House, Angel, Kings Cross and Covent Garden areas .. my phone says I have full 4G and nothing loads. I have an iPhone XR 64GB .. I also pay £46 a month so really I expect it to work

@ThreeUKSupport Round this area it seems consistently poor. Although more central locations in London like Bank, Moorgate etc I get average speeds of 50-80Mbs but here is shockingly slow, especially painful when you're data connection keeps dropping.

@ThreeUKSupport Be honest, Have you ever tried to deal with the Three business department! Only open Monday to Friday 9-5! I’ve had some serious issues this year including having my line suspended on a Friday night in Greece & not being able to speak to anyone til Monday !!!

Hi @ThreeUK let’s have an honest chat about how bad your service has become in the last two years. Poor or no 4G coverage across most of central and west London. Five bars but no actual data connection. Coverage maps that are just made up!

@ThreeUKSupport I was over charged ina number of occasions so I paced a cap on my account. However I continued to get overcharged (x7 the amount) and when I rang to double check you never placed a cap for me. Then reassured me that you won’t charge me and 4 days later I got charged anyway

@ThreeUKSupport After 40 minutes eventually got it sorted annoyed that the agent was more interested in pushing the sale of additional contracts even after being told I wasn't interested. Taken longer than should have to resolve issue only to be harassed to take out additional contracts

Can't wait for my contract with @ThreeUK to end. Had no signal what so ever Monday and friends also on Three was the same. Since then been getting cut off regularly. Just called @ThreeUKSupport to be told to send my phone off to @SamsungUK for repair. Nothing wrong with the phone

@ThreeUK You charged me the maximum on data roaming within 5mins even though I have unlimited data. Your chat team admitted it was a mistake and promised to fix it, but now I’m blocked from using any data abroad which had screwed me over. Help ASAP.
