Darren Flatt (@Dazza_Flatt) reported from Loughton, England@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the £10 a month option but I've been put on a £15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.
-
alan (@tvpe2diabetes) reported from Walthamstow, England@ThreeUK please release me from this contract. i'm sick of this awful internet 😔😤

Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK I spoke to @ThreeUKSupport on webchat this morning - same terrible experience of when I talked to them on the phone. They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.
-

-
Robert Taylor (@umber892) reported from Harpenden, England@ThreeUK this was a big hook for staying with you. I think I have been with you for over 10 years. Looks like I will not be renewing my contract with you. This is a poor decision

Tomo Woodland (@tomowoodland) reported from London Colney, England@ThreeUK has abandoned its customers! There’s zero customer service if you have a problem. No response from @ThreeUKSupport and a useless chatbot. Online “My 3” is down too 😔
-
Karen Mavundukure (@karenmavx) reported from Stevenage District, England@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had zero network for the past 3 hours what’s happened

Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London Colney, EnglandHi all @ThreeUK customers who live in central London (Victoria/Pimlico) - can I ask if your signal crashed in the past seven weeks? A mast was taken away suddenly with no warning to customers. I’m also looking to other providers to DM me their offer as an alternative supplier.

Mr A$AP Verflucht Esq. (@verflucht) reported from Borehamwood, England@ThreeUKSupport I see. Just working backwards, I have no idea how this service signed me up. Research suggests that they have worked out a way to stealthily sign me up by embedding a sign-up form in YouTube ads. Which is insane itself. But you're telling me there is no way that I can tell...
-

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Baz (@49_timelessness) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!
-
David Clarke (@DavidCl88428325) reportedThis has been a continual issue of network loss and instabillity in the bt54 area, why?, are other areas more important than rural coastal areas? Why are we being cut off continually? @ThreeUKSupport
-
Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported@ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
-
C Lloyd (@clloyd3003) reported@ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning.
-
GIFTSpromo (@Gpromo_UK) reported@ThreeUK "Life Needs a Big Network" You're right, when exactly are you going to actually provide it?
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
