Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.

Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs
