    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate your engineers trying to resolve these issues but this has been ongoing since I joined 3 which was almost a year ago. Itโ€™s definitely not a problem that will be sorted today.

    @ThreeUK I want justice for paying to a company what is millionaire corporation and I've had rubbish service. Being stranded using gprs not able to pay can't fo my job like I'm absolutely fuming and I can't call you at all no number works

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport HELP! Many circles of hell dealing with 3. How do I end it? Multiple assurances on phone calls that all is sorted but multiple phone calls to me (always when I am busy) suggest otherwise. I ask for email confirming but am told this isn't possible?!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, infact I over-emphasised it multiple times. Not sure it helps for your customer services team to be overseas, with access to millions of users data, sometimes in jurisdictions with a lack of regulatory justice or privacy laws.

    Dear @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to thank you so much for having cut my services today. I spent one hour with an advisor to fix one of your administrative mistake. I was supposed to have my services back at 3pm. Still isolated! You are an insult towards your customers.

    @ThreeUKSupport Now the the Three Home Signal has been switched off, I can barely get a 3G signal (one bar if Iโ€™m lucky)! How can I get it restored as I canโ€™t rely on wifi for making calls?

    @ThreeUK If itโ€™s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said itโ€™ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, itโ€™s EN9 1UH my device is iPhone 12. I actually have to be upstairs to get any sort of signal strength with 4G. So currently unable to use my phone in my house unless Iโ€™m upstairs ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    @ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone elseโ€™s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?

    Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUK How do you make a complaint? Little to no internet/phone service at home for 18 months. Chat is useless. Stores are no help! Sent a letter to the complaints team they write back telling you to go on the usless chat!! Appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!

    @ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning. @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network
