@ThreeUKSupport Not last night as it was past 10, we have been in touch with three through Twitter several times in the last couple of months. I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.

Absolutely sick to death with @ThreeUK home broadband, amazing when we took it then as soon as 3 months passed it's been so poor and inconsistent we've had to take out extra data on our ee mobile packages in order to work and watch tv. Complaint incoming, we've had ENOUGH. 🤬🤬🤬

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s EN9 1UH my device is iPhone 12. I actually have to be upstairs to get any sort of signal strength with 4G. So currently unable to use my phone in my house unless I’m upstairs 👍🏻

@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK I spoke to @ThreeUKSupport on webchat this morning - same terrible experience of when I talked to them on the phone. They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.

@ThreeUK we bought your overpriced £25 sim from the airport and it didn’t work. Went to a three shop and they REFUSED to refund us or even replace the faulty sim. We paid another £15 for a new sim and still can’t get a damn refund #rubbish #threeuk #dontnuythree

@lufcgilly @EE I had the same problem. Wanted iPhone 13. They put me through days of delays promising to beat my £39 a month through @ThreeUK and then said ‘best we can do is £56, but it’s worth it’ yeah mate nearly an extra £400 over 2 years. Left after 10 years.

Every time I go back to the UK I make the mistake of going with @ThreeUK. Pay for data top up, internet immediately stops working, no trouble shooting options work, directed to three different teams, no refund, no resolution. 🙄
