  • Ak1fK
Akif K (@Ak1fK) reported from Tottenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport And I mean it’s been like this pretty much all of 2019. When I asked about it, I was told just to use 3G (and that I didn’t pay for 4G, that was an added bonus so I should use 3G for the better service - not really the best customer service interaction)

  • mullers72
Phil Mullin (@mullers72) reported from Welwyn Garden City, England

So having just bought a @ThreeUKSupport PAYG SIM for my son as he's lost his phone, I can't register it online as it's down for technical maintenance but call the 0800 number. That's closed too. How do I get him sorted for school tomorrow? #Threeuk

  • kmamoyeed
Cllr Khaled Moyeed (@kmamoyeed) reported from Tottenham, England

@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK This is what happens when companies like @ThreeUK put cost saving before customer service. They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.

angel marie (@angelsimone) reported from London Colney, England

@ThreeUK hi, twice this morning I’ve been deliberately cut off by your customer services because I politely disagreed with that they were saying. Do you think that is acceptable? How should I now go about having my issue rectified? Thanks

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

  • Jmiragliotta89
JMiragliotta (@Jmiragliotta89) reported from Waltham Abbey, England

@ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that but I’m currently in a position where @virginmedia are useless and unable to fix cables and you now working on masts meaning I can’t even use my phone network. So between both multi million pound companies you’re screwing me royally!!

  • Darren_Fewins
    Cornish Darren Fewins (@Darren_Fewins) reported

One of the reasons I will never use @ThreeUK is because as a non-customer, they call me frequently to irritate me about its network. Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?

@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
