@ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

@ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

@ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

Please be aware that three will renew your contract when yours one ended!!! They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK Absolutely shocking service. I have spoken to them many times to be told problems will be fixed but 10 months later it's still the same almost none existent service. Painfully slow eg, it takes over 1 minute to login to PayPal account. Calls drop out all the time.

@bt_uk A team that will only tell me anything at all when I post on public forums? This is the only way I can get any explanation at all. You failed so often I went to @ThreeUK for broadband but was convinced by Robbie that @bt_uk could fix this so I cancelled that order, now nothing.

@ThreeUKSupport Just had ANOTHER call from 3 regarding the non-payment of my direct debit. As I explained to them for the 100th time, I will pay what is due when I get your final bill. What is so difficult about that ??? Appalling service, amounting to harassment.
