    @ThreeUKSupport @BoeingBoy By “the area” you mean “the whole freeking country” by “should help” you mean “will make no sodding difference but will fob another one off” I feel sorry for the staff on @ThreeUKSupport they know it’s shite but can’t say otherwise.

    @ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

    @ThreeUKSupport @pompeyvw I have the same issue, Central London and nothing loads at all, also the same in other places in the U.K. Hardly can use unlimited data

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and there’s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    @ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    @CurlyTazzi @BelleDameFolle @ThreeUK @virginmedia I haven’t had anything but great service from them. Blistering fast internet speeds all the time and never an outage in 4 years. Must be your dodgy area.

    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

    @ThreeUKSupport I see. Just working backwards, I have no idea how this service signed me up. Research suggests that they have worked out a way to stealthily sign me up by embedding a sign-up form in YouTube ads. Which is insane itself. But you're telling me there is no way that I can tell...

    @ThreeUK - what's your SMS Message Validity Period? Trying to send texts to someone who can only get to signal a couple of times a day. How long should they wait to receive any texts? Currently not getting through at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there - two (further) months down the line and I thought I’d check to see if you’ve fixed the problem preventing my SIM registering for the 200MB a month free data. Appears not - the reg page still says my sim is invalid… What *is* going on?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Mark, it is pretty much all of central London for me. And my signal is pretty awful when I’m not connected to WiFi, which means I am struggling to do anything out and about

    @bushell_jeb @ThreeUK I’ve been with EE for a long time now, on a business account, coverage is great all over the U.K. and customer service is good, came from O2 yrs ago & EE is far better than either them or Three who have terrible network coverage if at all.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport any idea when your network’s gonna be working in the CA9 area again? big power cut, zero signal, power locally running on generators, would be handy to be able to contact the outside world if it goes off again

    When you want to leave an utterly disappointing & useless provider in @ThreeUK who either gave you a phone that doesent work or have terrible coverage, but you forget the effing notice period when you ask for your pac number 😡
