Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

@ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

@ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

@ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

Thinking about leaving @ThreeUK none of their current offers are that great, they don't offer the Google Pixel 6 Pro and their signal in Ipswich town centre has been questionable for the last 4 years. Only issue is that I have another year and a half left on a contract 😐
