    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUKSupport @BoeingBoy By “the area” you mean “the whole freeking country” by “should help” you mean “will make no sodding difference but will fob another one off” I feel sorry for the staff on @ThreeUKSupport they know it’s shite but can’t say otherwise.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

    @ThreeUK has abandoned its customers! There’s zero customer service if you have a problem. No response from @ThreeUKSupport and a useless chatbot. Online “My 3” is down too 😔

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve run out of data and trying to get onto your new app is literally driving me mad. Errors non stop and I now can’t reset my password. So frustrating.

    @CurlyTazzi @BelleDameFolle @ThreeUK @virginmedia I haven’t had anything but great service from them. Blistering fast internet speeds all the time and never an outage in 4 years. Must be your dodgy area.

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and there’s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    @ThreeUKSupport This is not about outage, it is about a broken webpage not allowing us to turn on the feature you advertised! I’ve been to support chat many times and provided all the info. No one cares or acknowledges the issue!

    @ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    @ThreeUKSupport having network issues with box & mobiles. Cutting off on phones & can't stream or use Internet. Like this for well over a month, despite calls to you. Difficult to talk as keep getting cut off. Reset box about 20 times, no different. Will cancel today if not fixed

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I eventually managed to get my contract cancelled but I shouldn't have had to ask numerous times. I was a long time customer and the entire situation was so frustrating.
