    @ThreeUKSupport This is not about outage, it is about a broken webpage not allowing us to turn on the feature you advertised! I’ve been to support chat many times and provided all the info. No one cares or acknowledges the issue!

    @ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi, I've tried making a phonecall to Australia however when calling it said I had to make a payment so I did (twice) and still having the same issue so you've basically just taken £20 from me for no reason - can you refund me please?

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

    @ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

    @status_is_down Since arriving in North Norfolk on holiday, there is no 3uk service whatsoever, for miles around where we are staying which is weybourne area. Have to dive over 30 mins on any direction to get even a tiny signal. #threeuk @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.

    @YTJustGetATesla @ThreeUK Im gradually moving off Three. EE gives a better signal and my company does a deal where I can choose any network and get a monthly contract SIM (not locked in) for a better price than I get elsewhere.
