Ashley (@AshleyLlewellyn) reported from Barnet, England@ThreeUKSupport Almost everywhere now. I did pop instore to look for an upgrade, but don’t want to be stuck with a network I can’t use. I don’t really want to keep dropping down to 3G, I’m paying for 4G after all.
-
Liam Booth (@LiamNBooth) reported from London Colney, England@ThreeUK when will esim be available on your network?

©️ (@_senoritaugly_) reported from Welwyn Garden City, EnglandAwful customer service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - the call centre ‘manager’ just told me that I should probably leave and find a contract elsewhere and that it’s just ‘how the business runs’ after messing me about for the past 3 days. I just want the deal I was offered 😭
-
Paul Lagan (@CFCJourno) reported from London Colney, EnglandHi all @ThreeUK customers who live in central London (Victoria/Pimlico) - can I ask if your signal crashed in the past seven weeks? A mast was taken away suddenly with no warning to customers. I’m also looking to other providers to DM me their offer as an alternative supplier.
-
Shane Hewett (@shanehewett) reported from Hatfield, England@ThreeUKSupport That’s all I have been doing is speaking people on the phone. I would like the call recordings to take this further as I never had a live signed contract since November 2018! Now no responsibly on your side after agreeing to credit my account as I have it in an email and writing
-
Mr A$AP Verflucht Esq. (@verflucht) reported from Borehamwood, England@ThreeUKSupport I see. Just working backwards, I have no idea how this service signed me up. Research suggests that they have worked out a way to stealthily sign me up by embedding a sign-up form in YouTube ads. Which is insane itself. But you're telling me there is no way that I can tell...
-
StTwig (@StTwiggi) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England@ThreeUKSupport The agent fixed it. Contract is nearly up so joining another network next month 😊

PelhamB (@PelhamB) reported from London Colney, England@ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.
