    @ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. Iโ€™m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

    @ThreeUKSupport @Computer_999 Same shit i was told moved to sky now for some sort of stable connection just to game on. 22ping 10mbps download and 5mbps no breaks in the speed no speed loss at peak times tbh its not the best speeds but it works when i need it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I see. Just working backwards, I have no idea how this service signed me up. Research suggests that they have worked out a way to stealthily sign me up by embedding a sign-up form in YouTube ads. Which is insane itself. But you're telling me there is no way that I can tell...

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    @ThreeUKSupport Not last night as it was past 10, we have been in touch with three through Twitter several times in the last couple of months. I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.

    @ThreeUK this ainโ€™t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th itโ€™s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and Iโ€™m told โ€œthis isnโ€™t logicalโ€ then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

    @ThreeUKSupport I donโ€™t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I donโ€™t care what your systems say. Iโ€™ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you donโ€™t believe me.

If give them notice that the service is down and it doesnโ€™t improve demand to end your contract. If they donโ€™t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
