    @ThreeUK when will you sort out reception/ coverage in Hampstead. Everything from Rosslyn Hill NW3 to South End Green is basically a dead zone for Three reception and it’s been like this as long as I remember. Fix it please.

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed that you’re discontinuing the Three in Touch app as you are effectively rendering redundant my iPhone 5. This would be less of an issue if you were improving your coverage in parallel. Signal so poor in my Central London home WiFi calling is vital.

    @ThreeUK @emmahayes1 just to clarify, @ThreeUK itself earned £2.4 billion last year, your parent company earned £28b. Still seems like enough to properly invest in + support women’s football rather than trying to exploit these athletes’ success for free by using hamfisted ambush marketing tactics.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

    Here’s @ThreeUK claiming they don’t have enough £££ to invest in or properly support the @Lionesses, so instead are trying exploit their success for free. Right, the same @ThreeUK that announced annual revenues of £2.4 billion in March + whose parent company has £125b in assets.

    I’m a @ThreeUK customer and it’s becoming an embarrassment for them. Jake is right to call them out. They should support women’s football in general - Nissan gave the Spanish squad a new car to each player. @ThreeUK could aid all clubs with subsidised tariffs or phones

    Been a weekend of internet hell. Broadband’s broken. @ThreeUK 4G was really patchy to the point there was barely any connection. Still having problems. Please sort it out.

    .@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

    @ThreeUKSupport The sim won’t accept incoming calls. Replacement sim installed and still same issue. CS team have been no help and I can’t talk to anyone in the UK to get it resolved. Left with no option but to cancel DD.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s a brand new one now as had phone stolen! And same issue. To be honest I lost my phone and you sent me a sim card straight away and was very impressed with service. So restored my faith went to London few weeks ago no internet at all even though showing 4g and same now wales

    @ThreeUKSupport There are huge service dead zones especially when the user is in a building. I don't get service in my gym, local supermarket and often when I'm just walking out and about. I was with O2 until recently and didn't have such issues.

    @ThreeUK has been offline for about a month around here - two cell towers serving my area are being 'worked on' and every time I call, I'm quoted "we'll have the issue resolved in the next 7 days". We're on the third set of 7 days, and I'd love to know an actual timeframe
