    @ThreeUKSupport That’s all I have been doing is speaking people on the phone. I would like the call recordings to take this further as I never had a live signed contract since November 2018!     One of the worst decisions in my adult life is to sign up for @ThreeUK #broadband. Embarrassing service. Shame on you. Can't attach a 300k pdf document for over 30 mins now. #EpicFail. To everyone living @RBKC DO NOT buy #threemobile broadband. Life is too short. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to update my address to my correct address. I'm not receiving any text messages with my new password. I even agreed to do a survey and that text didn't come through either. I want to update my address so I can get technical help so resolve my issues but can't!

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been to the support chat 5 times and each time I’ve been told the issue is on my end (after waiting 2.5hrs for level 2 support). Also, If you think that providing more tech data on the issue slows you down, I really don’t know what to say.

    @ThreeUKSupport Cheers but the problem is a bought the hub second hand as you guys wouldn’t send me the 5g hub as I’m in a 4g area (even though it’s a better hub even for 4g) so I’m buggered. Back on to vinted to find a new hub 😭. Appreciate your help though. Been a customer nearly 20years

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked an agent earlier in the week to do it on chat and they didn’t bother to do it, had him chat though again now and they say they’ve done it. Will be logging a complaint

    Seriously, @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport — over 30 minutes on the phone/relay just to get £1.39 credited back to my account, after all the stress and inconvenience you caused when I tried to cancel/switch. You really need to do better. Part 1/4

    @ThreeUKSupport signal very poor last few days again ! Internet dropping and phone signal just two bars when it used to be full 4 bars !! What’s going on ? At the very least you could be honest with customers and have a pinned post if signal is having problems
