    Hi all @ThreeUK customers who live in central London (Victoria/Pimlico) - can I ask if your signal crashed in the past seven weeks? A mast was taken away suddenly with no warning to customers. I’m also looking to other providers to DM me their offer as an alternative supplier.

    @ThreeUK how do I leave your network and switch to a different provider. I was in Victoria station and missed my train because I couldn’t access the internet to view my ticket online and I have to pay £50 to use an Uber

    @ThreeUKSupport what part of your company actually works? Can’t help on live chat, get passed through 6 different department, get through to a call centre and they can’t hear you and hang up! 0.26mbps of data and terrible signal! What are you playing at? Utter shambles

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport the big network? I don't think so, 4 and and a half hour train journey from London to Glasgow, lost all network connection half an hour outside London. Roll on February when I can can ditch you and your woeful network.

    @EE @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK when are you releasing the pricing for the iPhone 13 I’m guessing at 1pm as you know that will mean people feel pressured to quickly check the price and order. So there not Wright down the list.
