    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

    @ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    @ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate your engineers trying to resolve these issues but this has been ongoing since I joined 3 which was almost a year ago. It’s definitely not a problem that will be sorted today.

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and there’s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    @ThreeUK It happens in many areas on the M4 on the way to Reading from LHR and in Wembley too. I'm sure other areas are affected. The only fix I can think of is to not allow 5g connection but what's the point? This has been happening for months. Deleted the previous tweet

    @ThreeUK I've suffered network issues all week and as a result struggled to make phone calls. I'm still struggling to make calls and have been told network issues will be ongoing till 17 March. It's mother's Day, and I've not been able to speak to my mum. Not very happy three!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport transferring my number across from PAYG to pay monthly, a short process takes about 3 hours. Over 48 hours later, my original sim (which I was recommended to keep using) has been disconnected but my number has not moved 😡 not impressed with the service
