FYI - To post I had to tether to my partner's phone. She fortunately is on a decent network which has had no connectivity issues. Maybe I should move to @ThreeUK ... All joking aside can you sort out the maintenance it's been over a month as I said.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Took me 35 minutes to but a single PAYG sim card despite I was the only customer. Was helped nicely by shop assistant but too complicated system

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I can relate to this tweet. They did work in my work area and since then it has been next to nothing. Although always 2 bars of 4G, the strength is poor at -117dbm.

@richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK You absolutely can leave if they fail to provide service. If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

@ThreeUKSupport Well its not going make any changes, I have called many times regarding bad internet connections but nothing has changed! The best thing to do is leaving three, this is my advice to everyone.

@VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah, sorry; I'll still buy the Huawei P30 Pro from @ThreeUK and get the GT from Amazon. In dire need of a new phone/Fitbit....you really should take that bundle "deal" down. Unfair practice to run people around, then try to force another bundle on them. Estate agency tactics.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@ThreeUKSupport So we have also tried browser & app & they just loop asking phone number , email, and then phone number,email .. Help desk told me to try browser, I explained we had, he said nothing more he could do?? Rang 444 and that doesn’t allow top up payment as phone is unlimited??

Have been with @ThreeUK for less than a week, and have experienced nothing but problems. Customer service is useless, and now I've reached my credit limit (when I don't get service anywhere so have to use wifi calling) after only 5 days? Do not switch to Three.
