    @ThreeUKSupport And I'm simply suggesting that someone within Three needs to resolve the error that they have made which may have led to my credit rating being adversely affected through incompetence within Three. So far I've not had any luck finding anyone who can help.

    Thank you to @ThreeUK for advising me you’re increasing my phone contract price from April - not even 5 months into my contract. Just to advise you, I’ll be leaving in November once my contract ends. Time to find myself an ethical mobile phone provider and one with better service
