    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport rubbish network no support no help team not putting notes down. I asked for callbacks last month, but still nothing. Phone cut off signal was down, and then you cut my line. Can't work properly can't do much as society made phones important. No one join!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. It’s been a month now and still no service. (As of 0810 30/1/23) At want point can I leave my contract as you seem unable to fix the problem. Please don’t tell me to call a number as I simply haven’t got time to explain the problem again.

    @ThreeUK why could myself and my wife not use our phones last night at the London fireworks, no service wotsoever, even had a message saying your service provider has temporarily turned off your service!!!! Couldn't wish our family and friends happy New Year!!!! Disgusted

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport HELP! Many circles of hell dealing with 3. How do I end it? Multiple assurances on phone calls that all is sorted but multiple phone calls to me (always when I am busy) suggest otherwise. I ask for email confirming but am told this isn't possible?!

    @ThreeUK been a 5G broadband member since April 19th and still, works are being carried out (SE14HY). My WiFi is so poor I can’t stream on a single device. When will this be rectified? All I want to do is play Warzone.

    The fact my @ThreeUK upgrade phone has to be delivered to my address and I can't reroute it to my work address is driving me insane as most of the time no one is at my house to receive delivery and I'm at work. Looks like I'm never going to get it - time to cancel my contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. She didn't cause any of this her life has been taken away and given no help. How does anyone expect her to with no income. Its quite frankly ridiculous. And today was the final straw. I don't know how she has lasted that one. She sleeps in her car when working. Shocking
