    @glamnailgirl @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I was only three months in to my two contracts. I logged the complaint and then gave them a month to sort it and demanded that if it wasn’t sorted by that date that I could leave and then I did.

    @ThreeUK Getting through to customer service is a nightmare. It says the wait time is over 15 minutes now and so was the case with over the weekend.. Help!!!!

    @adam_d3stroy3r @IsayIsayIsay1 @ThreeUK Lol tbh that excuse will actually be valid now, Three are rolling out L-band spectrum on 4G. Only more recent high end phones support it. Last years iPhone and the iPhone 11. So many like myself using older iPhones won’t likely see any benefit.

    @ThreeUKSupport decided to go with a contract, sim arrives today, 20min on hold and an idiot agent just refuses to proceed with transfering the number for no reason - now have 2 numbers none of which one works!! #sortitout

    @ThreeUKSupport Almost everywhere now. I did pop instore to look for an upgrade, but don’t want to be stuck with a network I can’t use. I don’t really want to keep dropping down to 3G, I’m paying for 4G after all.

    @ThreeUK @PedroClarke1 Congrats on being the first @ThreeUK, however your network in London is pants now. You defo have the cheapest plans but now I know there’s a reason for it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Suzi, I assumed at the time that I’d have to cancel my prev. contract. Was told categorically that 3 wld do this upon provision of PAC. I contacted O2 when I disc. you had not made that arrangement almost 10 yrs & £2000+ l8r. I’d like answers.

    I know for sure once my contract with @ThreeUKSupport is up, im not renewing. 3 bars of signal, 4G yet Mobile data doesn’t work and they’ve apparently been doing works on the mast for a year now? Its an absolute joke.

    @ThreeUK Exactly what is going on? I cannot access my account. Your chat function is too busy to help?, your telephone line asks me to contact you within office hours (It's 10:30AM on Friday) and you don't respond to emails. I NEED HELP!! You cannot just keep ignoring me!

    @ThreeUKSupport Additionally - the contract I’d had with O2 was, in fact, in my partners name. This, I was told was not a problem as the contract was to be cancelled upon the provision of the PAC code which would necessitate the co-operation of the account holder.

    @ThreeUKSupport There are two tests: Router tests & local area tests. I know (after going through troubleshooting 6 times) that the router is not the issue. This has been the conclusion 6 times. Kindly explain why I would need to repeat step 1 for a 7th time, when we know it’s a local area issue
