    My mum received a phone upgrade with Three last month. She now has a Samsung A51. From day 1 her phone always cuts off during phone calls. We asked three for a replacement and was told no! Why give my mum a defective phone and not help replace it !?!? @ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Why no visual voicemail. It was introduced 2007 ! Why do I have to still use some mediocre voicemail service from the far past. Apple Watch is a reason for switching away after 11 years quite frankly.

    Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Your online service is an absolute disgrace. Many times I've attempted to resolve an issue regarding my old personal account to my business account. Your staff keep transferring me from personal to business and vice versa as no one is capable of sorting my problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s just to a standard number. I have been able to reply using WhatsApp though as I just kept getting message failed. Sadly my postcode has continuous issues so this isn’t a surprise
