@ThreeUKSupport Be honest, Have you ever tried to deal with the Three business department! Only open Monday to Friday 9-5! I’ve had some serious issues this year including having my line suspended on a Friday night in Greece & not being able to speak to anyone til Monday !!!

@ThreeUKSupport I was over charged ina number of occasions so I paced a cap on my account. However I continued to get overcharged (x7 the amount) and when I rang to double check you never placed a cap for me. Then reassured me that you won’t charge me and 4 days later I got charged anyway

@ThreeUKSupport waited all day for my upgrade to be delivered and it has not arrived. I have also not received a email telling me what time it should arrive like you said i would. I have phoned up your customer service twice and had no help. Disgusting service!

@ThreeUKSupport Round this area it seems consistently poor. Although more central locations in London like Bank, Moorgate etc I get average speeds of 50-80Mbs but here is shockingly slow, especially painful when you're data connection keeps dropping.

@ThreeUK can you tell me why again ! I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone won’t work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Everywhere else around the world on go roam works just not Europe !!!
