    @ThreeUK are you ***************????? No data, no signal for a year! The 6g promised a year ago is delayed again, the hardware provider is banned from the country and you have the cash to sponsor billionaires? Not a peep from you ******* to your customers though!

    @ThreeUKSupport never experienced anything this bad... shameful, been in a store for 2 hours and 3 minutes to get a new phone.. the guys working in the shop are calling 3 customer services like the public and can’t get through..it’s mental and disgusting

    @ThreeUK In London when it's on 5G, my hotspot won't work. It connects but no signal. Back in 4G it works fine. Any advice?

    3rd day of w/o network, and no one picking up at customer service. Seems @ThreeUK don’t care about their pay-as-you-go customers. 100GB pack seemed too good to be true and turned out ...it is!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport do me a favour please. When you cold call someone and they politely tell you they are not with 3 and to stop calling and delete their number, don’t just abruptly and ignorantly hang up ….. just to call them back and harass them again a few days later.

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?     @ThreeUK the worst broadband and customer service ive ever experienced, cancelled my contract without me asking, then took £140 out of my account when I was told it wouldn’t go out, 5 times I’ve been in contact and they say it will be resolved in a matter of days, still waiting…
