    @ThreeUKSupport That’s all I have been doing is speaking people on the phone. I would like the call recordings to take this further as I never had a live signed contract since November 2018!     @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport when will youbget the home broadband issue fixed? Power it all down turn it on stays connected for a minute then all devices say no internet connection. This is the second day now!!

    @ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    @ThreeUKSupport LU3 1AZ and LU5 4SB. Calls very frequently fails of drops or very slow Data in these areas over the past week but a lot less problems elsewhere. Using iPhone 7 Plus, tried rebooting and does not resolve calls and data issues at the above postcodes areas. Call fails with 3 beebs

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and there’s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    I don't know what you did over the 5 years I've been in the same house. But the last time I last was on your pay monthly phones your 4G was great but now I hardly get a decent 4G signal. I have to rely now on 3G just to be able to watch because of bad signal @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been unable to use 4g now since last August in my area as its giving less than 2mbps days speed an no existent upload speed, contacted 3 many times, last 2 weeks it's shown repairs being done today it's saying no faults yet still no fix!

    @ThreeUKSupport 🙄Of course it’s misleading. Otherwise you would make it clear that the “handpicked’ offer is a crap offer & that customers that prefer to pay less & have shorter contracts should look elsewhere.I’ve 5 contracts with you and I’ve been a customer for years. I expect fair pricing.
