    @ThreeUKSupport It was nothing major, was going to enquire about a 2nd backup payg sim. I understand you do a free one with 200MB preloaded data. Also I'm an ex Three customer but signal at home was very poor. Curious to see if it's improved.

    @ThreeUKSupport saying I need to pay a early exit fee to go from a 12 month sim only to a 24month contract. £98! Surely you can see the benefit of not charging anthing and locking a long term customer in for 24months.

    Get text message from @ThreeUK telling me that as a loyal customer, Im able to upgrade early at no extra cost. So, as my mob is on its last legs, this is the best thing I've heard for a long time! Called 3/4 times over the day to be told there's problem with their system! 😤😤

    @ThreeUK Disgusting customer service . Your call centre have tried to fob me off with half excuses and no help. Asked to speak to a Manager and denied only after I said I would contact ofcom did I have any movement. To anybody reading this post keep clear of 3
