    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    @ThreeUKSupport Now the the Three Home Signal has been switched off, I can barely get a 3G signal (one bar if I’m lucky)! How can I get it restored as I can’t rely on wifi for making calls?

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I can relate to this tweet. They did work in my work area and since then it has been next to nothing. Although always 2 bars of 4G, the strength is poor at -117dbm.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s all I have been doing is speaking people on the phone. I would like the call recordings to take this further as I never had a live signed contract since November 2018!     @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUKSupport It was nothing major, was going to enquire about a 2nd backup payg sim. I understand you do a free one with 200MB preloaded data. Also I'm an ex Three customer but signal at home was very poor. Curious to see if it's improved.

    It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.
